Worst customer service experience I have ever had from a Domino's. I ordered a delivery for a party two days in advance. The delivery time came and went, and there was no pizza anywhere in sight. After waiting over a half hour (and with the app was glitching out and wouldn't give me an update) I decided to call and find out what was happening. I attempted to call the store seven times and kept getting hung up on or thrown back to the beginning of the automated system. When I finally got an answer, the man that picked up decided to put in his application for the Biggest Knobhead of the Year award. He very rudely informed me that they were short staffed, but that it wasn't their fault that it was late. How this makes any logical sense to a sane human being is beyond me, as it is absolutely the fault of the business if it cannot fulfill an order when promised. He then went on to say that I would still need to pay for my order when it arrived, as if I hadn't already paid them when I initially placed the order two days before. He then gruffly hung up the phone. At the very least, the delivery driver was extremely polite and apologetic for the entire experience, and when the pizza finally did arrive (almost 50 minutes late) it was still warm. But based on this experience, I will never be ordering from this location again until I am guaranteed that they have learned proper business practices and good...
Read moreI ordered a pizza with barbecue sauce chicken bacon and onion. I got there to pick it up and the young male ring up my order I paid for it and as we were finishing up the phone rang. He answered the phone and did not make a move to get my pizza that I had paid for so I'm standing there waiting and a nice looking young guy came in and this young girl came forward and offered to help him even though I was standing there and she got him his pizza and I'm still standing there waiting on mine. She finally turns around again and asked me if she can help me and I said I have paid I am just waiting to be handed my food. I gave her my name she went to get my pizza and then somebody called her she has somebody else to get my drink and then finally the lady came with the drink and she stand there looking around and then she asked me my name and I finally got my pizza and my drink. I get home with the pizza and there is very little if any barbecue sauce on the pizza. It was as if they had dry brushed the barbecue sauce on the crust. I called to file a complaint and they wanted me to bring it back and get another one but I'm not near the one I ordered it from now. It was a waste of time to try to order from Domino's again I know it was only $8 but it's $8 on top of whatever I end up spending to get something to eat that is edible....

Why in the hell do we have to go through a damn call center service to reach my local store and check on an order.
Placed an online order that, after an hour, still hadn't shown any signs of being prepped. So we tried to call the store to at least verify they had the order.
We spent 15 minutes trying to find the secret pass phrase to get the automated recording to put us through to an actual human, that was able to resolve the issue in seconds.
We found out that due to only having a single driver, our order was still 30+ minutes from being prepared, unless we wanted to switch to carry out - we did.
Two things, please.
Do a better job of conveying accurate delivery time estimates so we can make an informed decision. - we would have just done carry out to begin with.
Don't put an automated bot between customers and their local store, and force them guess the secret code to speak to a human.
Now it's taken two hours for us to get a dinner that should have taken 30 minutes through no fault of the store, but due entirely to your industries practice of understaffing, and insistence on placing unnecessary barriers between your stores and your...
