Ordered a dozen donuts from the kiosk since the employees in the past demanded that I use the kiosk and not order at counter.
After ordering my dozen donuts at the kiosk I stood at the donuts for several minutes waiting for my order to be filled.
Then a couple came in and walked up to a counter a woman came from the back of the store and immediately filled donuts for them. After finishing their order, and checking them out, the employee retreated to the back of the store without even acknowledging me standing at the counter. I asked if I could get my donuts, and pointed to the screen while stating my number stating I had ordered off of the kiosk. She acted bothered that I would ask such a thing, and proceeded to ask me for my receipt.
When I gave her my receipt, she again acted.bothered and told me I needed to read her the donut list off of the receipt so that she could fill them. I said no, give me a refund. She called the manager to give me a refund.

Read moreAbysmal customer service from a chain, as is unfortunately expected. At 930 on February 16th, they were completely out of doughnuts. Two of us walked in, the only 2 customers there. There were 3 women behind the counter, cleaning. Not 1 of them acknowledged us. The number one rule in customer service is ACKNOWLEDGE THE CUSTOMER, and if you're busy, tell them you'll be with them shortly. The second being that if a customer comes in your store, and the phone rings, YOU TAKE THE CUSTOMER IN FRONT OF YOU FIRST, especially bc they took the time to actually come in, a d not just make a phone call in their bathrobe... but I digress. The 3 women refused to look up, or say anything, not wanting to be interrupted with their busy cleaning. I said loudly: "hello.", and nothing. In a few moments, I said: "hello?" again, STILL nothing. They finally scattered and had another employee from the back come up to the register. Lame. Fail. Kind of gross. This is what it's come...
Read moreFirst time here today. You walk in to a Kiosk that is labelled to order on it for quick service. I wasn't sure if we could even go directly to the counter to order...all we were getting was a couple of donuts. So, we ordered on the kiosk. 2 donuts. Paid and waited. And waited. And waited. The staff was busy making coffees, and drive thru folks packing stuff and serving the window. After 15 minutes I leaned over the counter and asked if someone could help us and get our order. A gal assisted and looked up the order and got it for us. Is there no common sense to see what was ordered and just grab it? No reason we had to wait so long. There was one other lady in there who was waiting for a drink, it was not busy inside the store. We were the only other people until another person came in. Just didn't understand the process here. Will probably go back when its in our bones for a donut, but will do so knowing we may have...
