Hey ya'll, for those of you who don't know I am serious about my coffee. I retired my Starbucks card due to some really shady corporate dealings that I did not believe in. Needless to say Dunkin has become my spot for my caffeine needs when I don't feel like doing it at home. This particular location is easily accessible to me so I started frequenting here. I have had so many bad experiences that I switched. I have now gone through all 3 locations up and down Lake Mary Blvd as well as locations in other cities and states. I am now convinced this is a corporate modeling issue. What I mean by that is, you can almost guarantee you will be met with some kind of attitude or exasperation at any location (strong indication that employees are not treated well or validated for the work they do). You will be lucky if they aren't out of doughnuts, espresso, have a machine down or out of one of their popular flavorings (indication that the company does not have a cohesive relationship with their inventory numbers, and either does not have good regular maintenance or is unable to train machine failure indicators). One location has been unable to serve espresso for over a month (Wheelhouse). Of the last 5 orders I put in at the Orlando Dr location not one was correct. Be prepared to repeat yourself at the window when they hand you an incorrectly prepared order. My biggest suggestion especially at this location is do not pay for your order until you have verified it is made correctly. I made the mistake of paying and then they told me their espresso machine was down and could not give me a refund because there wasn't a manager there. I was advised Id have to pick something else even though there was not anything that I wanted. This last time they made my coffee with no coffee. All creamer. I'd like to say its this location, but it is the entire company. For me it is no longer worth giving my money to them. Id much rather go without. I am currently on the look out for a new...
Read moreI had the worst experience this morning in store. After ordering and paying, the woman who took our order told us my item was not available. I asked what I could replace it with and she proceeded to raise her voice and give me attitude and said to choose something else. I had to step away because I did not want to deal with this person's unnecessary nasty attitude and asked my husband to just get anything else I would like. After my husband chose another option for me, which was less money than what we originally chose, we never got the difference in pay refunded or another item to complete for the difference of what we paid. Basically, they took more money than what they gave us and we were treated very poorly. It's sad that this is the service they provide...especially because I have been a customer for years of different stores, including this one on the drive through. At my previous company, the chain was one our partners and I had a good relatioship with the Orlando stores, this completely changed my view on the company, I guess this location does not care about providing decent service. This experience made us never want to come back. There is no reason to treat customers badly when they're simply...
Read moreThis place is a joke. If you want quality service, pleasant employees, and what you pay for please go next door to Starbucks or take the couple mile trip down the road to Foxtail. Because you didn’t listen to my order correctly when the first thing out of my mouth was MEDIUM ICED COOKIE LATTE you somehow mistake that for a small, not my problem that’s your problem the customers are what pays your paycheck. no I don’t think the customer is always right because I work in the service industry, but if it’s your mistake or a misunderstanding then suck it up and correct it. That doesn’t mean give me a medium cup with the small amount of coffee from the previous cup you made that was a small and top it off with ice and whip cream with cookie toppings and call that a medium because of your incompetence. There was so much ice you could barely get a straw in it. If you don’t like your job find a new one that doesn’t involve working with people. You chose this profession act professional. Where is the owner or corporation with all the one star reviews smh. Hire people like the ones at Starbucks who don’t bring their problems and negativity to...
