FUTUREBEAN — Restaurant in Sanford

I was given a 50% off coupon to try out this new café in the Wal-Mart. The staff is friendly but they don't know how to make an espresso shot?? They said the coffee concentrate they use for their drinks is easier, I don't expect "easier" for an $8 drink.. I expect a quality drink. The coffee flavor was a bit odd, kind of acidic kind of like you let your coffee sit too long on the counter.

They used coffee concentrate but they have espresso machines on the counters. I asked is there an option to use fresh espresso since the machines were clearly there and they said they don't know how to use it. I feel that's very deceptive to customers

Very odd experience, I have never heard of a coffee shop using instant coffee for their lattes. If I knew that was the case I would have just grabbed a bottled coffee at the Walmart check out.

Not a spot for someone who enjoys quality coffee but if you enjoy syrupy drinks it covers up the off...

Honestly, These people know NOTHING about espresso. They have unskilled workers trying too steam milk and delivering lukewarm watery yuck. The coffee/espresso itself comes from an automated nozzle. They will be broke and closed within 6 months if they don't hire a trained barista, and I don't meann ex- Starbucks. Management needs a trip to Italy to taste and test. I took one sip and handed it...
