Hero to zero. In the past my family and I chose this location for the quality of their food and the customer service, even though I have a location that is 5 miles closer. I even stop for breakfast on way way out of town for work. However, over the past year the customer service has slowly dwindled. With the state of the world this year we've been understanding of the increased pressure these workers might feel but my interaction with two crew members and the "manager" on November 7, 2020 prompted me not only to write this review but I will NEVER eat at this location again. We placed a $30 online order, with instructions that we would pick up the order at the window, as was the option presented us online. The order was supposed to be ready at 5:15PM. Since the low carb option wasn't available online I also placed an order at the drive thru when I arrived. First, the drive thru employee told me I couldn't pick up my order at the window and I would need to come inside, even though we requested this online. What happened to limiting exposure? After informing him that I was placing a second order he hesitantly agreed to let me secure my online order at the window. When I pulled up to the window, he had an attitude as I reminded him of my online order. He asked me to pull forward and wait for my order. No big deal. I proceeded to wait for 15 minutes while car after car received their orders so I went inside only to receive an attitude from the young female and manager working the front. After another 5 minutes and plenty of attitude and mumbles from the crew they finally handed me my drive thru order and what I thought was my online order. Completely frustrated, I stormed out and started my drive home to feed the family only to find that 1) The drive thru order was missing the large fry and extra ranch requested and the ENTIRE ONLINE ORDER WAS WRONG!!! When we called the manager to explain that we didn't get the correct food he said he had no record of the transaction and even though we did, he wouldn't make our order or refund our money. Steaming, I went to McDonalds in Tramway where my order was filled correctly, quickly and with a smile. We will never eat at this location again. She came to window finally , gave her my card , handed back , another 4 minutes went by , then she handed my order . Half of what I ordered , I stayed in line until I ck everything . I was short a gravy n biscuit n extra . Told her , 3 minutes later , gave her my card once again . Finally she handed out the biscuits n gravy . Ck it , was short the extra gravy bowl . Finally she came back to window . With a rude awakening remark from her , What is it now sir !! I stated I was short the extra bowl of gravy . Then I assume the manager came to window and ask me exactly what I wanted . After telling them 5 times. I wanted 2 gravy biscuits with extra gravy . He replied as , I thought you wanted 2 biscuits n gravy with 1 extra gravy . I was like seriously ?? You gotta be kidding me . He then tells me to pull to white line . Now don’t forget I was the only one in line , and have already been there 13 minutes waiting . His attitude was so disrespectful and unprofessional . I just drove off . Read moreI arrived at the drive-thru at 9:40, set there for like 10 minutes, just to look at the drive-thru window and a worker leaning out the drive thru window yelling WE'RE CLOSED, needless to say I was angry is an understatement.! They could have the decency to say that through the drive-thru speaker, 🤯 and I sat there for 10 minutes and at 9:50 they yell were closed so they closed 20 minutes early.. seriously this girl had her head arms and shoulders literally everything from the waist up hanging out of that waving and yelling WE'RE CLOSED, real though you don't close until 10pm, and everything is already cleaned up at 9:40,? What time did they quit working is what I would like to know!! 🤔 ?!?! How many more people did they turn away? How much money did they just let slide? And the girl hanging out that window😲, I did not find it funny at the time but I do get a grin now thinking about it!
