Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Sanford

ive order from Papa Johns on 46 rd several times for my kids' sports events. however, the qualities of their pizza have diminished. During the last SuperBowl i ordered 5 large pies. when i picked up, i noticed i saw mostly bread with no cheese. i informed them this pizza is missing cheese and saw mostly bread. please charge me for extra cheese cause wanted to bring home a decent pizza to my guest. Manager Ashley informed theyre too busy and she rather refund. i explain im not asking for free im paying for a proper pizza. she declined and refunded instead. the customer service and professional was missing. i Left and ordered 5 large pies from Marcos Pizza and they couldn't stop thanking me for my order. Marcos pizza as usual are perfect, its just further drive from me. from now on, i will drive the extra miles to go where customer service is important and...

Hit or miss... sometimes orders are made correctly, most of the time they are not. This is supposed to be a large with extra cheese, add 3 cheese blend, (so extra extra cheese) pineapple, bacon and pep. The center of the pizza has no cheese at all and it looked like someone put 3 pieces of pep to try and hide it. Always have giant bubbles in the crust.

6/8/23...never fail to disappoint. No extra cheese, no 3 cheese blend. Pizza not cut properly and can't tear one off without mutilating the other pieces. Got all 8 papa bites this time...not just 4 like last time. No uniformity. Never know if your order is gonna be correct. Always new faces in there too, like they can't keep employees. I hate complaining about this place because we’ve had good service from them in the past, but today I ordered a pizza at 1:20pm. The website said it would take 70 minutes. At 2:30 we still didn’t have our pizza. I called and the automatic tracker told me it would be delivered between 2;36-2:46. At 3pm I still didn’t have my pizza so I called and the nice gentleman at the store said he was all by himself in the shop and they only had one driver today. At 3:08pm, DoorDash delivered my pizza. I paid $46 for 2 large pizzas and ended up with 2 medium pizzas that took 1 hr and 50 min to receive. No coupon. No discount. Nothing.
