PD Quix — Restaurant in Sanford

Just went thru the PD Quick drive thru in Sanford North Carolina on 8/19/25. I ordered 2 1/4 pounder Meals and 2 chicken nugget kids meals after a long wait in the drive thru line and they call it PD Quick. After finally receiving the order and left I got a mile down the road and had to turn around and go back because the kids meals wasn't correct. The chicken nugget kids meals I ordered happen to be hamburger meals.I told the guy at the drive through window that they made a mistake and put burgers in the bag instead of nuggets. He then stated oh, you wanted nuggets. I replied yes and he stated that he had to have the burgers back. I gave them to him and asked him were they going to reimburse me on my gas for having to come back, because it shouldn't have been no mistake in the first place for the long wait in the drive thru line.Then he said no and that I would have to wait for them to cook the 8 nuggets. A lady then came to the window and said the wait will be 4 to 5 minutes for them to cook the nuggets. I feel that the service PD Quix gave today was less than poor and 1 of the fries from the quarter pounder meal had something hanging from 1of the fries when I reached in the packet of fries that looked like a piece of a hair net. P D Quix, 2100 South Horner BLVD, Sanford NC 27330, I paid for my order at 17:00:52, my total was $12.44, I got the cheeseburger meal, minus tomato, hamburger with mustard, chili, onions, and 5 fresh apple turnovers, I was told it would be 5 minutes for the apple turnovers to cook, I said ok, while I waited for my order, 5 cars came through drive thru, and one individual walked up and ordered his food, all 5 vehicles and the individual that walked up and ordered food, all got their food, as I waited for my ordered to get done. The wait was ridiculous and it should not have taken that long to fix my order. Also the manager told the employee that there was 3 apple turnovers already made, And I replied, I want 5 fresh apple turnovers, not apple turnovers that had been sitting. I am not pleased with my visit, I live 20 minutes away, and stopped there to get food for me and my mother, on my way home. Instead of putting my apple turnovers in a separate bag, my order was all put in the same bag, not happy at all...

I went here to get the flounder sandwich like 10 minutes ago and I asked for no mayo because I’m allergic to dairy. The first one had dairy so I returned it and they said they’d remake it and we gave them back the bad one (because that’s what they asked me to do) and then we heard them complaining a little about having to redo it . And when I finally got my sandwich remade I could tell it was the same fish refried and it ended up just being gross and burnt and doesn’t change the fact the mayo already touched it . Also there was a piece of plastic in my sandwich so this time I just asked for a refund which they did give me and apologized for the incident . Either way though still disappointed...
