Burger King — Restaurant in Sanford

Another bad experience! First of all I ordered a whopper combo w/2 10 PC nuggets. Asked at the speaker will I have to wait and she says no. Get to window, waited 2,3 min b4 she came to get money, paid for it then told I need to pull up!? Waited 5 min for them to bring food out. Ordered onion rings, was given fries. Go back in and wen I opened the door, someone said uh oh she bringing her food back. Go to the counter and stood there being ignored by the 2 employees on front and the 2 in kitchen. No mgmt present what so ever. I said hay can someone help me??! Still no mgr. I told the girl that brought my food out I need onion rings. She looked at the front cashier and told her to give me onion rings. Just got thru handling money she turns around to handle my food. I asked if she could wash her hands. After slowly walking to the sink she comes back to make my rings. No apology, no mgr still, so I leave. Go to eat the onion rings and they are so old, my teeth couldn't tear them apart. First of all the drive through person mumbled something through the speaker that sounded vaguely like "Can I take your order" but was probably "Can you hold on", because he snapped at me when I started ordering. Fine, maybe someone skipped out on their shift and they were understaffed, that can be stressful, NBD. Same on pulling around to wait on my order. The biggest issue is that I ordered an Impossible whopper and I'm about 90% sure they used a meat patty. This is about the 5th or 6th Impossible whopper I've eaten, so I noticed a difference right away. If I had had an allergy or something this could have ended pretty badly. I'm giving it a one star because when I pulled up to the drive thru speaker. They asked me to please wait. Which I had no problem with. My issue was with them asking me to hold so they could talk with their children over the phone. I heard them talking through the speaker. You could tell they were on the phone and it was a child they were speaking with. Then when I tried to order the Wednesday meal. They didn't have anything that went with the meal. Nor did they have the churro fries or Morticia shake. Not sure why they were advertising it. The girl taking my order made a comment , it's just a regular whopper meal. Why don't you get that? So I did, but I was not impressed...
