Order was wrong; I was the only car in the drive through and had ordered a few things including a cheeseburger and 5 cookies. When the food was giving to me it was a hamburger not a cheeseburger and only 3 cookies where giving, I asked about the other 2 and decided to looked at the receipt, they were not even on the receipt even though I heard the lady repeat the cookie order back to me when ordering. The burgers were not fully done but tested ok. The mac and cheese was terrible. The cookies are ok. Even though we got 5 different cookies, all the cookies tasted similar, the only difference was if the cookie had icing on it. The red velvet cookie was not even red. Not saying this to be mean but I have had store bought cookies that tasted better. Went to order a ginger bread man cookie as I saw it on there site to find its only at Christmas (which makes since but sense this is a cookie place and there was nothing about it being seasonal, I thought they would have it. Last thing, there portion sizes are small and are expensive for what your getting. On a positive note (why I'm even giving it a 1 star) is that the fires are good and the staff are friendly (at lest the drive though lady was nice even though she got my order wrong). If this is not the same quality of food as their mall store, then hopefully they can get things worked out but if not...I took no joy in writing this review but I also want...

This place is a hidden gem, and I have no idea why it wasn’t packed! The staff? Fantastic. The service? Spot on. The vibe? Perfect for a family outing. Now, let’s talk food because WOW. The Carolina hotdog was life-changing—and I’ve lived in North Carolina my whole life, so that’s saying something! My cheeseburger and chili cheese fries were heavenly.

Now, my son’s double bacon cheeseburger? A little dry, but honestly, after stuffing ourselves with their massive burgers, we couldn’t finish it anyway. (Seriously, their portions are enormous!) Every bite from our table got rave reviews, and then... dessert happened.

We had cookies and ice cream, and let me tell you, the sugar cookie alone could charm a six-year-old into giving up screen time. Their specialty cakes and cookies are next-level gorgeous; the slideshow of their work was like watching edible art. Oh, and their cookies and cream mason jar ice cream? Decadent, shareable, and downright dreamy.

I ordered 12 cookies so I could get the 3 free. I spent almost $15 with the purchase and almost all of the cookies tasted as if they'd give me food poisoning. I just knew ordering 15 cookies that at least one would give the reaction "omg these are the best cookies"..... but absolutely not, in fact my daughter, my sister and my mom all were disgusted by the cookies. They wouldn't give me a refund for the cookies either which I'm not mad about... I just definitely won't be wasting my money on anything else they have to offer.
