Rosa's Deli — Restaurant in Sanford

Placed an order from work for four people and was told 20 to 25 minutes when I got there 25 minutes later I was told a couple more minutes and that was OK but when my order was up it was only one person's order. After looking for the order slip for a couple of minutes and not finding it they asked me if I wanted to ad the other orders to the one that was ready. I said I didn't have time that I had to get back to work and before I got the words out of my mouth the woman behind the counter says OK thank you and walks away. I am very dissatisfied with my order. I ordered a hot pastrami sub. It came out about 10 minutes later from the kitchen. I took it to one of the picnic tables outside only to find my role was not toasted, the meat was cold, the cheese was not melted & there was not more than a drop of mustard that I had ordered on it and it was very dry with no taste. I ended up putting some mayonnaise on it that I had in the car from our previous visit to another establishment. Rosa’s Deli is generally a great place to get anything ranging from Italian dubs to seafood combos. The restaurant is greatly multi-purposed which is appreciable. However, the restaurant inside has very outdated systems. You can’t pay with your card which I’m sure is not just displeasing to me singlehandedly. Inside of the restaurant was also very hot, and air conditioning is recommended for restaurants like this. The food seems great, and the staff seems friendly enough, but we need to take into consideration the experience inside of the restaurant.
