The line was insanely long and it took forever to pull up to the window. There was a line in the front too so they were waiting just as long as we were. When we finally got to the window, it looked so cramped in there and I only saw 1 person working. So one person was working the front window and the drive thru. The building is the size of a storage house... It's been years, and even the owner, herself has retired into her millions... I think they can afford to move into a bigger building by now and maybe hire more workers to reduce the waiting time or add tables so people can eat comfortably in the inside and not have to wait 30 minutes in line. This place has so much potential, but it's cheaper to have this small storage house than have a comfortable environment for customers, I guess? I understand small is how a business starts out, but when the crowds come in it's time to expand due to high traffic. I can't stand stingy businesses that care about money more than they care about their customers. If this place ever relocates then maybe I would give it another...

First time visit today and unfriendly window girl got mad when I asked if they put beans in their chili on the hotdog? I don’t like beans in chili on my hotdogs so was asking before I ordered one. She said chili was homemade. Ok, what about beans? She said it was a secret recipe and couldn’t tell me! Then young guy came up and scowled at me too and yammered about it being a secret they didn’t give out?! I said I didn’t want to make their chili so guess one has to order one for the first time to see if their chili has beans in it and i didn’t want it at that point. These people must have beans in their heads instead of brains because they sure turned me off from trying one and I am already telling people about how nasty thy were to my face just because they thought I wanted their recipe? Scoops is handsdown, the best place to get a true Carolina hot dog. Fully loaded hot dog is the only way to go. It is CASH ONLY, and the prices did rise to the point I can't get as many as I would like, but still worth it to me. Definitely the place to go for a true hot dog.
