Edit: Driver safety is important - but your explanation doesn’t line up with how the boundaries are actually drawn. This isn’t about avoiding one or two unsafe areas. The delivery zone is clearly divided at the railroad tracks, cutting out entire neighborhoods—including parts of downtown that are safe, active, and closer than areas you do deliver to.
If this were really about time or safety, the map wouldn’t look like that.
You serve a community—not just the parts that align with narrow assumptions or outdated comfort zones. You owe the community better.
Original: Saying you “feel” an area isn’t safe, without any transparency or specifics, doesn’t justify this kind of blanket exclusion. It just reinforces the concern that the boundary reflects long-standing bias—not logistics.
I was told the delivery radius is “about 5 minutes,” but that it’s “cut out weird” and my area isn’t covered. That might make sense—if I weren’t under 5 minutes away, and if they didn’t deliver to other neighborhoods farther in both distance and drive time.
It’s hard not to see the pattern here. My area is “across the tracks”—a part of town that’s historically lower income and often excluded. Checking out other reviews, it seems I’m not the only one that’s experienced this “odd cut out” issue. I did some sleuthing and the cut-off magically aligns with the railroad tracks. If that’s why it was “cut out,” then let’s call it what it is: discrimination thinly veiled as logistics.
If a business chooses not to serve certain neighborhoods, it should be honest about why—and reflect on how those lines were drawn. Because right now, it doesn’t look like a “weird” boundary. It looks like...

The sun is beating down on your sunburned neck, you're stumbling through the sand - wait, what's that! Suddenly, in front of you, a palm tree! A pool of crystal clear water! A breeze picks up out of nowhere, and it's cool air. You blink. Blink again. Rub your eyes, yet the oasis doesn't vanish - it's not a mirage, it's real! You take a dip in the pool, take a long drink from the cool water, and feel refreshed like you never have before.
This, my friends, is what it feels like to eat a pizza from Pies Pizza.
In the desert of dry, blank, overly salty boring pizza, Pies Pizza stands out like an oasis. With its humble storefront, incredibly pleasant and friendly employees, unique yet not over-the-top menu, and just straight up delicious pizza, Pie's is truly one of a kind. I've had a lot of pizza over the years and I can honestly say that the Korean BBQ Chicken pizza here is one of the best pizzas's I have ever tasted. The sauce ratio is right on the money, the flavor profile is well designed, and the attention to detail (garlic! Actual garlic! Oh, the garlic!) is what sets this place apart.
Visit Pie's Pizza. Get the Korean BBQ Chicken. One bite, and it'll be the only pizza you ever want for the rest...

I am disappointed at that those wings that you all serving. You have the audacity to say that they are well done. Please take a reference from the picture that you see below. One well done arm one undone arm and I am referencing the picture so that you all know what color is supposed to look like when you cook a wing, well done.
