You order your food at the counter then pay. You get your drink and seat yourself. They bring your food out to you. I ordered hibachi chicken with mushrooms, but no carrots. It comes with 4 oz. of shrimp sauce. I found this to be the perfect amount. There was plenty of food-I was stuffed after eating it all. The chicken was quality breast meat, there were plenty of mushrooms, and they gave me extra rice since I didn't get the carrots.
