Went by this establishment to get food on our trip south just cause we were hungry needed something fast and on the go so we did McDonald’s. Well after stopping in there I have to say this is the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in my 30 years of living. We used the mobile app before arriving. We didn’t order a lot. When we finally got to the line to give the code for the mobile order, the speaker had an automated voice and we didn’t get a response back for several minutes, when we finally got to the second window a lady who didn’t speak hardly any English asked what we have and we gave her the receipt, she couldn’t read it and asked us again, we told her but she acted like she didn’t understand. And then she just told us to park after she needed help from another co-worker. And this is a manager by the way. So we were confused why the manager in the drive through is confused like she has no idea what she’s doing. We are told to park and there are two others parked with us. We can see the other people getting their food and then getting frustrated and going in. And after 10 min we finally got ours. Order was a little incorrect but we took it and ate anyway because we were hungry and didn’t want to have to wait or get frustrated anymore then we already were. Food thankfully was fresh but there was no need to have to deal with all of that. It’s a fast food restaurant and the mobile ordering should accelerate the process. Read morePlaced an order on this night for a meal for my child. After my order, I drove up to the window where I was supposed to pay. The car before me did the exact same thing. I got to the window, and no one was there. I wait a minute as the vehicle in front moves forward. Thinking no one was manning the register, I moved to the next window. The female employee sticks her hand out without telling me the amount I owe. I asked her how much as the menu was not up on the screen during my order. The female employee stated, "I don't know the register is over there with her hand out." I give her my card, and another male employee hands me my items. I was missing my strawberry sundae. I ask for my sundae, the male employee says okay, and the female employees says "Here's your card, you didn't order a sundae, and we don't sell them." But the person who took my order, repeated my order back to me, then told me to drive forward. Customer service shows a lack of training. Responses from your young employees show ignorance and lack of respect. I don't understand why it has to be this way but this was not the first time as I had to deal with this type of behavior. I experienced the same with a Hispanic female gray shirt w/ multicolored scarf a few mornings ago over missing hashbrown. Read moreOrder was taken quick. Ordered two value meals, big mac and a quarter pounder. Almost 7pm, got my drinks and im told to pull forward. I was second in line. After I waited 7 minutes and three other vehicles pulled forward to wait(5 now) for their food, it was like sonic. As two cars pulled through with their food and three out of the other four vehicles had got their food and left. I decided to pull around and park to go in. As i exit my car, a guy holding bags of the wrong food trys to serve me. I politely decline. I went inside and explained the situation. I nicely asked for a refund and was met with more questions and a horrible attitude from the hispanic woman who I am assuming was a manager. I politely asked for my order to be refunded again. She tryed to argue again. I just stood quietly ignored the provocations and after about 48 seconds she finally told me she would refund it. Since Covid-19, customer service has went downhill in almost every big chain. People don't know how to interact with others anymore. Usually the service and food is good here. But It has been declining. Not that my $20 monthly contribution to their sales makes much of a difference, but Jack's seems to have good service and food. The only place left...
