Very disappointed. I asked for balayage (provided photos as examples of what I wanted) and I don't even know what to call the mess I ended up with. I absolutely don't recommend and would never ever go back. I asked for a complete refund due to all the damage she did to my hair. My hair is breaking off in several places. She nickel and dimed me and didn't give me a full refund. She is extremely unprofessional. It will take two more trips to another salon to fix all the damage she did to my hair!! NEVER AGAIN. Requested a fade and it was not blended at all. It was a hard line all the way around and not faded at all. It was also uneven and the line was not straight. It was too high as well. Ended up going to a barber two days later to get it as fixed as it could. Maybe they do female hair better but a teen boys hairs not so much. She cut my hair way shorter than I wanted and messed up.
