I recently visited the bel bagels & deli and was absolutely blown away by the experience! From the moment I walked in, the warm and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed. Now, let's talk about the food! The selection of meats and cheeses is top-notch, boars head and everything is incredibly fresh. I tried the everything bagel sausage egg and cheese and it was a flavor explosion! The balance of ingredients was perfect, and you could tell they use high-quality products. 1 The cleanliness of the place and the attention to detail in presentation made the experience even better. Overall this place was slow to take and make orders. The worker made the most inefficient moves to make sandwiches. The bread was NOT fresh (on a Monday at noon). The meats were very good Boars Head brand, but the bread really drives the sandwich for me and my family. The price was WAY too high for what we got (3 sandwiches for $50!). Tried out Sanibel’s newest deli and it did not disappoint! Conveniently located on the East end of the island near Lighthouse Beach! The Bel offers bagels and breakfast sandwiches, subs made with Boars Head meats and cheeses, flatbreads and other hot specialties! I tried the Italian sub, it was delicious!
