Great place for breakfast. We arrived mid-morning for our meal. The place was nearly empty but that was short lived as the place was half full 10 minutes later. Seated fast and waitress was right there with our drink order and shortly thereafter our meal order. The menu had a number of choices for all breakfast types. I decided on the breakfast wrap. Never had one before but have seen them advertised at a few places. The prep time was under 10 minutes and our meal was served to our party of 7. The meals had great presentations and were hot. The wrap was by far the best value but all choices looked good. The place is tiny but probably Large for Sanibel Island standards. Out door seating is available and they accommodated our larger party with no problem. Apparently this place is owned by same people that owned the Famous Island cow destroyed in the hurricane. A must stop. Huge gift shop next door, if you can't find it there they probably don't make it.

Fantastic inspired food, great wait staff, great atmosphere, super bar and bartender making incredible drinks! - Went to a “soft opening”!! They officially open April 2 for breakfast, lunch, and dinner!! Owners used to have the fabulous Mad Hatter and Island Cow restaurants = loved for years.. this place is GREAT!! Everything And EVERYONE were wonderful. . Pear- Gorgonzola flat bread, DELICIOUS fig/ bourbon compote pork chop, even fingerling potatoes DELICIOUS. Soooo many drinks to pick from . This is the property that was once The Lighthouse Cafe- now freshened up, more airy but still comfy. Outside tables and bar seats- even with an outside drink window! Highly recommend! April 3- lunch- burger and fries great and turkey, Brie cheese, cranberry spinach wrap FANTASTIC!

The food and service were great. The pricing was extremely high. Dinner entrees run from $30-55 dollars, which is shocking from a place that also serves breakfast and is connected to beach shops and a dessert shop. While we were eating a couple behind us got up and left after seeing the prices. When talking with friends about our experience, they said they had gone the day before, saw the prices and also left.

We had two entrees, two side salads (not included with the entree) two non alcoholic drinks and our bill was $110.00 before tip. I do not mind paying for good food, but the atmosphere of this restaurant and the pricing do not match. This feels like a sleepy, family friendly beach restaurant. We had been there for breakfast that morning. Fair prices (alittle high but expected) good food, chill vibe, great services. So we decided to go back for dinner. It was the same place but totally different vibe we were greeted with “Do you guys have reservations?” and then sticker shock pricing. The food was good and I want this restaurant to succeed. I would recommend advertising more of an upscale feel for dinner if that is what you are trying to sell, or matching prices to the current vibe of the restaurant. Again, the food is as good and the service was great. The pricing is just...

We enjoyed the final dinner of our vacation at Wickie's last week and it ended up being the best meal of the whole trip! Everything was divine and service was attentive but never intrusive. Some reviews say the prices are high, but coming from a HCOL area, Wickie's is appropriately priced for the superb quality. We had tuna tartare, conch fritters, and coconut shrimp for appetizers. It's difficult to pick a favorite - they were all delicious. The coconut shrimp were not overly sweet and the conch fritters were SURPRISNGLY flavorful! Our entrees came out very hot (my preference) and were seasoned wonderfully. The shrimp and grits were especially delicious. My mother in law had the special tuna sandwich and is STILL talking about it a week later! Desserts were 10/10. They aren't kidding when they say it's the best cheesecake on the island. I dream of this cheesecake! I am already looking forward to next year's trip so I can have it again! Cocktails were expertly crafted and reasonably priced. The toasted coconut pina colada was the best one of my life! Wickie's...

We drove an hour and 15 minutes to have a special birthday dinner at this restaurant we had never seen before - People were friendly, decor OK - My wife's filet Mignon and my NY Strip seemed to be a decent quality of beef but it is hard to imagine why anyone would think a blanket of mushroom sauce or the spicy brown gravy on the filet would be an improvement to either of these two higher end cuts of meat, please save the gravy for the Salisbury steak that actually does need help - I have never had either of these two cuts served to me this way before and you can bet it won't happen again - I would give them a good score for effort and an attempt to offer something special but the next time I lay down $120 + tip for a couple of steaks and sides that I wouldn't want a second time you can bet it will be grilled, seared and seasoned and won't need a ladle to complete the meal - Sorry no pics as I was dumbfounded by the whole thing - To each their own I guess but I prefer my steak...
