I’m not someone who usually writes reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience this time.

I visited this restaurant on July 30th after reading some positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing, not only because of the food, but more so because of the shocking behavior of a staff member. Her name appears to be on the receipt I attached.

We ordered Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, and Pineapple Fried Rice. All three dishes were far below expectations. The Pad Thai had an odd sour taste and a ketchup flavor. The Pad See Ew was under-seasoned to the point where the broccoli had no sauce on it at all. The pineapple fried rice was soggy and clumpy.

But the worst part came when we tried to pay. We asked to split the bill between two people but were told it was “against restaurant policy.” When we asked how groups are expected to pay separately, the staff curtly told us that one person should pay and the others should send them money. I’ve never encountered this kind of rigid and inflexible payment policy at a restaurant in my life. As I was just sitting there confused, she suddenly snatched the card from my hand and said, “Just this once,” with a dirty look. I was stunned by how unprofessional and disrespectful she was.

Despite the poor service, I didn’t say anything and simply chose not to leave a tip, which I believe is a fair choice based on the service received. But what happened next left me speechless. As I was getting into the car, she gave me the MIDDLE finger.

We parked right in front of the restaurant, and through the window, she did it pointedly, like she wanted to make sure I saw it. Unfortunately, my son witnessed it as well and asked, “Why would an adult do something like that? We learned at school that it's wrong.” I had no answer for him.

This restaurant not only serves disappointing food but also tolerates behavior from employees that is hostile and inappropriate, especially in front of children. Even if the food wasn’t to my taste, which I can accept might have been due to what I ordered, the attitude and behavior of the staff were unacceptable. I can forgive a bad meal, but I can’t overlook being treated with hostility and disrespect, especially in front of my child. Tips are a reflection of service, not a right. No customer should be...

This place absolutely deserves 5 stars for quality, friendliness, and cleanliness! I’m a huge fan of Thai food, but not all Thai restaurants are created equal. I’ll admit I’m usually a bit of a skeptic—my hometown had an incredible Thai spot that set the bar impossibly high—but this place completely won me over. The food was to die for! I genuinely can’t wait to come back.

I played it safe with Pad Thai and opted for fried tofu as the protein. Let me just say: it exceeded all my flavor expectations. It was packed with rich, bold flavors—WOW. I also got a Thai tea (because how can you not?), and it was the perfect sweet complement to the dish.

I wish I had room to try an appetizer or a second entrée, but that just gives me an excuse to come back and explore more of the menu.

The restaurant itself is spotless, with plenty of parking and a convenient location—nestled between Santa Ana and Irvine, not far from John Wayne Airport. It’s right off the major cross streets of MacArthur and Main Street.

The service was equally impressive. The hostess, who also served me, offered a cozy window seat and struck the perfect balance—checking in just enough, keeping my water full, and letting me enjoy my meal in peace.

This spot is a major winner in my book. It sets a new standard for Thai food and dining...

I've probably been to this restaurant over 30 times and each time the food is beyond impeccable. Every dish I've tried is a 10/10. The service is fast, personal, and friendly.

The servers always remember our orders and have recommended some yummy dishes to try as well. So far, I've tried the Broccoli Beef, Panang Curry, Yellow Curry, Curry puffs (amazing), Pad Thai, and the green beans starter. Portions are good enough that I often have leftovers for the next day. And they're just as good the next day! There's also a lovely photo display of all the dishes on the wall which is super helpful.

Both the dine-in experience and takeout are fantastic. I've even gone for lunch and come back for dinner because it's that good. Atmosphere is casual and good for small groups.

As a side note, you can tell that special attention is taken to cleanliness because the bathroom, kitchen, and dining area are...

Finally a good thai place near Santa Ana /Irvine . Always had to drive to Garden Grove to get the good thai but this new Bangkok Thai place relieved me for not making to gi to drive again to far distance. All the items we ordered are good. Especially Spicy fried rice , Drunken Noodles . The fried rice has the good blend of all things in balanced proportions and so the taste was like yeah, I loved fried rice. Can I have some more from the plate? That's what I did when I had the fried rice. The spicy noodle was not too good but at the same it was not bad too. Really liked the food here, will try again to come here without any hesitation.
