Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Good morning Carl’s Jr team, I’ve been coming here for years and love Carl’s Jr for their burgers, but this morning, I went through the drive through and have a horrible experience with Veronica, I’m not sure if that’s is her name but she’s a Hispanic worker taking the order at 04/09/24 at 6:30am

Before I gave my order she had a nasty attitude as if she didn’t want to be there or was extremely annoyed, I was being patient and trying to reason because I’ve worked at McDonald’s at know nose fast food restaurants are build off of customer service,

She said she could Not understand me so I pulled up to the window for clarification which lead to her telling me I shouldn’t be talking her the way I did, which was narcissistic, I believe in Jesus Christ and understand maybe at this point she’s just going through something personal,

I parked my car and went inside no issue or motive to do anything wrong apart from ordering my steak and egg burrito, she said at that point that she would not serve me at all, Kindly asked for the number to report this incident and she rudely said I’d have to go online and started to blame situation on myself

There was a female cook which was nice and understandable about situation but there was a bit of reciprocity, told Veronica she didn’t have to be like that and mentioned that if we as humans are acting with bad intentions god would know so at that point I left to avoid anything taken wrong or police being called for no reason.

I know things can get taken the wrong way so I’m making this review in case anyone gets treated like this, customer service was horrible and I encourage Carl’s Jr team to find someone who will value their job in this sort of economy, at this point a robot or ai would be the best solution to avoid a customer having to take time out of their day to spread awareness and empty stomach,

I will still continue to each here once in a while but this experience, I will never forget, I felt like the issue when god knows I was just trying to get my food and understand her,

If Carl’s Jr team can review tape and records it would be gladly appreciated,

Most likely she will try to Bend a lie to protect herself which I understand but the proof is there, there’s always 2 sides to every story. Have a blessed day guys and god bless you and...

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE FROM NANAGER GABY!!

I called because we were charged full price for 3 big carl combos and only God dry hamburgers with nothing on them!!

I called about 7 times 5 times they would pick up and hang up on me. The first time GABY the manager picked up she wouldn't even let me speak kept cutting me off if you guys record calls please listen to how polite I was being even after they completely robbed me of what I ordered and you'll notice how unbelievably rude GABY was.

When I was looking for the receipt to get her the number she asked did you find it and I told her I was looking for it so she just sighed and HUNG UP ON ME!!!

I CALLED BACK AGAIN PICK UP HANG UP

KEPT CALLING AND GABY PICKED UP AND SAID "DID YOY FIND THE RECEIPT" NOT EVEN A HI. SHE KNEW EXACTLY I WAS THE ONE CALLING AND STILL AFTER HANGING UP ON M LE DECIDED TO PICK UP AND HANG UP ON ME AND THEN CONTINUE THIS RUDE ATTITUDE. GABY SHOULD BE REPRIMANDED FOR THIS ATTITUDE AND ROBBING US OF OUR MONEY!! COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE WHEN I WAS NOTHING BUT...

Stopped by this Carl’s Jr. on a Sunday around 12:00 just to fill up my refillable water bottle 💧 since I was heading to the gym next door 🏋️‍♂️. No one was inside the restaurant, and only one truck was in the drive-thru 🚗. I wasn’t bothering anyone—just grabbing some water.

As I was filling up, a little ice and water overflowed slightly and fell right into the drain under the water area—nothing even hit the floor. I didn’t make a mess, didn’t spill everywhere, yet this lady rushed out with a towel like there was some kind of emergency 🚨. She stared me down, acting like I was doing something wrong 😳.

What did she think I was doing? Stealing ice?? 🙄 I honestly felt judged—like maybe she thought I looked homeless or suspicious for just using the water machine. It was ridiculous and way over the top.

If she needs something to do, there’s probably work to be done in the back. Don’t come out policing someone just trying to stay hydrated. 😤

I wouldn’t eat here even if the food was free 🍟🚫. That kind of treatment?...
