i really have to share my unpleasant, most embarrassing not to say humiliating moment i experienced with this individual, the owner, unbelievable! the owner is very ignorant disrespectful man who doesn't khow how to speak respectfully to another human being just because you are the owner doesn't mean you don't have to educate yourself And learn what you should've learned as a young person " Respect" there's lots of online courses I'm sure where you can learn how to approach someone especially when you don't have a clue of what went on If you do read This, "owner" let me teach you something since it seems like you missed it being an elderly man you need to ask what the situation is before opening your mouth especially kicking people out when there was nothing wrong with my behavior next time try asking before throwing people out the way you did it was very humiliating And so embarrassing having to hear and experience such a disrespectful person that by his age should check himself and say and do More positive gestures. i would have left with a simple leave my property but elders this days are really hard to respect, you snapping fingers and saying "get the hell out of my property was not necessary you are supposed to be an example to young people and sadly your not i know once you read this you will know who I am and i really do hope that you will never have to go through what other people are experiencing during their loss of employment i Thank God--- and my mother for drilling into my soul to always respect the elders these last couple of years have been a major test in my life but this person made me realize how much I've changed and how I've grown and learned the most important values one can Carry RESPECT Others AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE RESPECTED yourself
people you can have authority and even have the right to remove anyone and anybody out of your property but there's a way to say things and a way to ask please if you don't know that please get educated and learn how to speak to people that have less than you do everything can be done out of love even kicking someone out can be done with much respect and have a positive solution rather that thinking you are better than others just because you are blessed to have a business had to post this really disappointing and embarrassing moments that are unnecessary especially when I'm dealing with very strong anxiety and depression but i am very proud of myself for my reaction k wouldn't be righting like this about 3 years ago when I realized that there are very ugly human beings and how humans waste their energy and time in getting involved in others business and apparently those humans have nothing in their life that worry them but to worry about other people's business it really bothered me and made it know but this time I just smiled and left his property cried my anger and anxiety out I private very proud of myself for learning how to shut my mouth at all times it's an amazing ...
Read moreWent here yesterday morning for breakfast with my mother and fiance. Have been a customer for over 12 years and used to enjoy going here for pretty good food at a reasonable price. They serve breakfast until 11:30 am or at least they're suppose to. We arrived yesterday all the way from Laguna Hills at 11:29 am according to their own wall clock. When the girl at the front counter (who was very unfriendly I might ad), wanted to take my order, she told me that they had already stopped serving breakfast. I questioned why not since it was only 11:29 am. She then asked the cook if it be alright, and straight into my face said it was too late. I told him how ridiculous that was and stated I would never come back again to do future business with them! This is not a good way to treat a long-time customer nor any other customer for that matter. It took a while to get my 82 year old mother situated at the table since she's handicapped and the mere inconvenience this fiasco provided for us was simply unforgiving. Told the poor woman after a couple of minutes had passed by, that because we were refused service we had to leave. I got the impression that the place was perhaps under new management since all the people there were unfamiliar to me. I had never seen any of them before and the cook and counter girl were well beyond unfriendly!!! I asked where the regular cook "Francisco" was and was told he would be gone for an undisclosed period of time. My guess is he no longer works there just like all the other employees we were used to. I'm assuming the restaurant was recently sold and the new owner brought aboard his own personal crew.
In conclusion, yesterday's bad experience has forced me and my family to take our business elsewhere...
Read moreI’ve been coming here with my family since 1994. We come from Los Angeles. There used to be a cook back in the 90s that used to look like El Buki. They used to have a scale back in the days where you put in a quarter tell you your approximate weight and then it’ll give you like lucky numbers or some kind of message. I cannot recall exactly. Yesterday for my mom’s birthday, I went with my nephew and we ate there. We both got bacon cheeseburgers and a drink and I got some French Fries. I like to texture the fries, but I’m used to eating them with a little bit of seasoning not salt the seasoning that they put on the hamburgers. That’s how we eat them out here in LA. The burgers were fresh, delicious and warm buns, the meat was juicy, crunchy bacon. I was telling my nephew first time I were going was maybe when I was in third grade if I remember correctly and we will always go at night. I wasn’t too hungry so I did not order a rings which are...
