Customer Review: Disappointing Experience at Cancun Juice

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Cancun Juice. I placed an order to go and was looking forward to enjoying my meal at home. However, upon taking a bite of my huarache de asada, I discovered what appeared to be a pubic hair. Disturbed and disgusted, I immediately called the store to address this serious concern.

Unfortunately, the response I received was far from professional. The person who answered my call greeted me with an attitude when I explained the situation. I requested to speak with the manager but was told he couldn’t come to the phone because he was working in the kitchen. This prompted me to return to the restaurant to resolve the issue in person.

When we arrived and showed them the hair, which I had carefully placed in a plastic zip lock bag, we were met with more rudeness from the two girls at the front. The manager eventually came down, took a look at the hair, and nonchalantly said, “accidents happen!” There was no apology or any sense of accountability for this unacceptable situation.

This kind of negligence and poor customer service is inexcusable. I would strongly advise against eating at Cancun Juice. Such incidents should never happen, and the lack of a proper response only makes it worse. I can’t wait to file a complaint with the...

I eat here like two times a month. The cook sometimes gets the order wrong. Ana who is the shift leader usually takes my order and she’s always does a great job. Today osiri took my order and she was rushing me over the phone. I specifically asked for Monterey Jack cheese no onion on the chilaquiles when I get there it had onions and the cheese looked off so I asked and cashier couldn’t tell me what cheese it was. I got home and it tasted like plastic so I called and the lady said we don’t carry Monterey cheese then she said oh it’s because we didn’t cook it so I asked for a refund. When I get there ana said we will not make this order in the future. Why because a cashier can’t follow orders? And I asked to speak to the supervisor as I was speaking in English and he says oh “yo no hablo ingles” I don’t speak English. I've been to this place so many times and I always leave happy. However I placed the phone order to be picked up but when I got to the restaurant, I was informed that what I ordered 15 minutes prior was no longer available. No one called me back to let me know ahead of time which was a lack of customer service. So I went back the next day and ordered something with the cheese and sour cream on the side and the manager had the staff inform me that they will not be putting stuff on the side anymore it will either be on the enchiladas or it will not be provided at all.
