Waited almost 10 minutes to be helped at the liquor cabinet. Actually, I walked in, went to see if they had the mezcal I was looking for, found it and asked the manager on the floor to assist or send someone else to open the cabinet for me. She asked what I was getting and I said mezcal, she said they were out of mezcal. I told her no, there's plenty of mezcal bottles. Please open the cabinet or have someone else come help me. She said ok, although what she did is send one of the baggers on break and proceed to cover by bagging groceries herself. I kept looking at her and she looked over at me a few times and ignored me. The security guard, finally came over and opened the cabinet for me. She was prompted to come up after she saw the security guard getting the bottle out and checking on another brand I inquired about. She then said, oh you found something else. I said no, I found the mezcal I wanted. She repeats, I thought we were all out of mezcal. We've had a lot of people come in looking for a small round bottle shaped like a small barrel and pointed at an empty spot. I told her yes, that mezcal's the equivalent of a store brand product, not a brand name. I pointed to the bottle the security guard had in his hand and pointed out several other bottles in the cabinet and told her those are all mezcal bottles. So no, you're not out of mezcal. The security guard caught on to my annoyance, interrupted her mid ignorant no mezcal excuse, and walked me to a register. How can you have someone be a floor manager and not know what is or isn't available. A manager should have basic knowledge of what is sold in the store. I didn't expect her to have actual mezcal knowledge. She should have at least known that there's other brands of mezcal and available for sale. Worst part was the blatant disregard toward me and the fact that she ignored me. She should have asked me if I wanted anything, not just glance over and continue to ignore me as I stood by the...

Read moreClean, there is always someone there keeping the place clean. I always went there for some time. However I started noticing the machines larger machines were changing. The large machine spine one way, stops, then spins the other way then repeats the process. Then one machine after another stopped going both ways. It spins in one direction, stops for the amount of time it used to spin the other way, then repeats the process. It would seem they are saving money by reducing the efficiency of the large machines. I have not been there for a few months, but I don't think they returned the washing machine back to their original efficiency. I was so...
