This will be lengthy because I was sold a complete LEMON. I started my buying process on September 15th of 2024. My car didnt get delivered until December 22nd. I bought the car sight unseen because it took over 9 weeks just to get financing and "car fixed and ready". I wasn't able to drive to get it because I had foot surgery in December. They offered twice to drive it for me which I was later told was just a joke. The day after I inquired I was told they needed a deposit because someone was going to come in that day and put 10k down on it. They did finally show me the car...purposely at dusk so I couldn't see all the damage. They assured me tires rims sunroof and refrigerator were all perfect. When, in fact, none of them are. After my phonecalls and texts were not being returned the owner stepped in to apologize and assure me things would run smoothly from here on out. Reality was the guy "who's there pt" was being very inappropriate with me. This is a text I received from the owner: I have been very patient with you on every step of the way, but you're the most impatient customer that I ever worked with. I have sold over 1000 cars in the past 2 years and never been so patient with a customer and at the end instead of a thank you, I get a bad review! I guess waiting 3 months for a car is impatient! I will now list everything (so far) the dealership told me is wrong. Broken gas cap...stops after $4ish Heated/ventilated ventilated seats in front don't work Alignment needs to be done Starter doesn't work message use key comes on Whistle on freeway from sunroof not working Was an issue at dealership but never fixed Brakes haven't been done in 2.5 yrs Refrig doesn't work Ac needs to be serviced Had to replace all 4 tires. Both rear had nails and one rim was molded and needs replacing Needs drive belt replaced Said they put a new battery in and it is 2.5 yrs old Front covers leaking Drive belt Fluid leaks 2 wheel bolts Missing Tpsm sensor needs replacement Transmission replacement All spark plugs need replacing Cabin filter needs replacing Damages to car not disclosed...dents paint peeling etc Said it was checked over by mechanic I asked at least 6x and never provided proof of inspection Overcharged me for tags and Emissions in California now I have to fight to get that refunded Over $9423 in repairs needed so far. I know there are good reviews and I'm happy for those ppl however I saw the real side of how things work when you're buying this car out of state. The lemon law applies here even though I bought it "as is" because they knowingly misrepresented the vehicle. Read moreAsh and his team are truly one of a kind in the used car market. HONEST, FAIR and Conciouncicus are the last attributes anyone would expect from a used car sales man. But these guys have proven to be all that. I purchased a Honda Odyssey from them for a fair price and encountered an issue a few days later and called Ash saying I was stuck. He drove down ca 6 miles to me within 20 min, checked the car out and although believed ok, he still took my car off me to have another full inspection done on it and gave me his personal car!! He has his trusted mechanics who he uses again and again and it seemed like they had messed something up on the radiator/or it’s pipes. However as conciouncicus as he is, he had the entire radiator system changed for me on his own cost, just to ensure I would never encounter another problem with my “new” car! Needless to say that I took dozens of his business cards and recommended him (and will continue to) anyone I know! It’s not only the selection you’ll see on his website, you can call and pre-order any car/milage, etc. that you are looking for and he’ll find it for you within a few weeks for a great and fair price, he’ll do a full inspection and sell the car to you, ones he is certain the car is great in every way. Brought my car for a check up on the brakes. They took the car in, no hassle (Still under warranty). Very honest people from what I experienced. They fixed up the car, plus other issues that were just popping up. The auto technician working on my car was great, very knowledgeable and helpful as he fixed future possible issues.
This carIN is definitely a 5 stars, sales and service department. Great customer service, great service department, awesome location.
