Burger King — Restaurant in Santa Ana

In 2014, I'm involved in VA outreach but my phone 📱 was gonna die...I plugged it into an electrical outlet under some kid's banner so it definitely "looked like" it had power 🔋 😅 QUACK...15min later I'm dealing w suicidal Veteran's my phone died...when I'd asked of "why" they couldn't mark or cover that so a patron wouldn't "think" or "trust it to work" i got a funny smirk from their Mgr... Another time here, I'm often taking a bus in this area, love French fries...but now there's "something going on" w their Men's room & as some woman exits, I race in to avoid an accident...while in that bathroom albeit not "labeled" as Men's this worker bangs on the door and begins yelling...that's "illegal" 🚫 you can't be in there...it's NOT...whatever so it's "been a long time" as that was a scene ! Ok so last week, maybe 4yrs later I go grab a burger & of course...my fries 🍟 but when she's giving me a $7.35 "total" for a budget frie order / cheeseburger just KNOW this to be WAY OFF...suddenly she says, but didn't u order 2 fries ??? It kinda defies "logic" if I'm buying "budget fries" that I'd purchase 2 of these...she NEVER apologized but fixed the bill and it was about $5 not $7 something... These are typical ONLY at THIS location we have Burger King "nation wide" but idk why this 1 place is always a bit...

The big sized woman that's at the drive thru window has to be the rudest person ive ever come across. Ive purchased food there many times before, and used a coupon code when ordering but the coupon was not taken away. The coupon expires in several months so I figured that we can keep using it? This lady immediately requested it when I approached the window. When i asked her why she was taking it if its good for several months, she quickly lashed out and rudely stated, " We HAVE to get it EVERYTIME you use a coupon". I then told her that it's good for several months and ive used it before and it wasn't taken? She again quickly repeated what she had said before. I understand that at the end of their day they have to submit coupons with their reports BUT she didn't have to lash out that way. A soft voice with her explanation would have been nice. She needs to be kept under supervision or not work with...

Tried to use my card, the worker said my debit card didn't work! WHAT!? So I went to the Mexican grocer in the same shopping center, bought some gum; got $100 cash back and came back again to order my food! If I wasn't so hungry (and craving BK), I wouldn't have come back! Then as I am dining --- the constant irritatingly-grating noise of Mexican music within the restaurant makes me want to pull out my hair! This is a Burger King within the confines of the 🇺🇲, I do believe? So I ask two of the young girl employees, "Do you like this music?" Both of them said no . . .
