Only giving it a one star so Can write ! But what i am here for seems like it wasn’t only done to us. Some short guy in the from said we had to buy two buckets or a bottle in order to get it. Fine, he said buying a bottle was cheaper bcus it would only be $300 , he then showed me a picture w multiple bottles and different prices I asked him numerous times “ANY BOTTLE IS $300” he said yes I stated bcus I see different prices he said no that any bottle is $300. Cool, we get our bottle which was Don Julio 70 which in the picture did say $350. End of the night the bill came out to an additional $50 from the $300 homeboy said . we then told the waitress he stated $300 . He came over and I confronted him about it saying it was $300 ANY BOTTLE he said he never said that , that that’s why he showed me the pictures w the prices. They got what was so called the “owner” and she was even asking around to double check how much it was like aren’t you the “OWNER” she then said if he showed the picture that’s the firm price , like ok so why lie in the entrance . I get $50 isn’t a lot we had the money to pay but the problem is the SCAMMING!!!! I can only imagine someone getting the top notch bottles that are more expensive thinking it’s only $300. I don’t ever recall this place having this horrible service ! I use to go so much back then! I miss the...

Had the displeasure of dining here because the place we wanted to go closed early on Sunday.

Where do I start?

I think the most annoying thing about the place was the amateur band. seems like the owner grabbed 3 random dudes off the street and told them, come play for free and you get to keep any tips. These guys just make NOISE, imagine being at a jam session for a bunch of seven graders that just learned about distortion, that is the vibe/noise in there. Then they come ask you for $20 a song! lol! I have never seen such entitled musicians in my life!

Second, the food... wow there was 4 of us, 3 extremely non picky people, NO ONE LIKED THEIR FOOD. Flatuas were bland, lettuce was in huge chunks.... Mojara frita was burnt and GREASY. It was the most I've paid for a mojara frita and also the most disgusting one with the least amount of meat I ever had.

All in all if you wanna pay a minimum of $50 per person, get a headache and leave hungry/unsatisfied, this is the...

Food is so good and for that i lll probably go back sometime but the service was terrible when we arrived some guy went right up to us asking what are we drinking in a pushy way basically we need to purchase alcohol he ordered a michi with shrimp and chamoy/cucumber and when we got it it was nothing like the picture it had no cucumbers or chamoy and plan shrimp on a stick lol waitress girl said they had no cucumber and didn’t want to fix the chamoy part 🙄 (our food has cucumber) she flung her hair in my food and almost in my face and when she put a plate down on the table to shoved my phone with the plate in a rude way lol i asked for chips and never got them and she directly only spoke to mine & my friends husband only even stuck her hand in between my friend and her husbands chair next to their heads invading their personal couple’s space to give him the change from the bill.. we all noticed the actions and...

Was told by a friend about Hector's on Broadway. I had a vision of this lovely the with amazing Michelada's and amazing food! We got that plus some! Thumbs up: -Excellent food -Excellent drinks -Great size portions -Live music -waitress came by to check on our drinks multiple times Thumbs down: -Floors were super slippery and greasy feeling (although it was raining) -Leaking ceiling and bucket o' raindrops -Live music was super loud we had to yell to talk to each other or wait for the break -waitress forgot to put in our food order after 30 min of waiting for food - outside vendors and panhandlers allowed to come in and solicit customers I might have to try it again when it's not raining and sit further away from the live band so we can hear each other talk.

I was surprised by my experience. The food is substantially overpriced for what they offer. $30.00 for rice, beans, and shrimp. I've dined on better quality food and bigger portions at a steak house for the prices paid. The service was slow and unattentive. It was my friend and I, plus another large party that was there for drinks and probably appetizers. Service was slow. Bad idea to show up hungry. There was water running into the main hall from the restroom as we walked in. This should have been the indication of what we were walking into.

Hector’s on Broadway has an incredible vibe from the moment you walk in! The brick walls, stylish lighting, and artwork create a perfect mix of culture and class. The music and atmosphere make it a great spot to relax or hang out with friends. Special shoutout to Stacy — her customer service is absolutely over the top! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely caring — she goes above and beyond to make sure every guest feels welcome. Places like this stand out because of people like her. Definitely one of my favorite spots on Broadway!
