La Michoacana Ice Cream Santa Ana — Restaurant in Santa Ana

My girlfriend and I stopped at this location because we were too far from the shop we normally go to.. we were extremely unsatisfied with the quality and the ingredients they use for the esquite (corn in a cup) we normally go to our location 3 times a week. We are very familiar with how it should taste. This location is over priced, And the amount of product they serve is a joke. The esquite tasted plain and sour like if something was expired, the chile isn't even hot. (We get extra chile everytime) the corn tasted like it had been sitting for days. And finally my ice cream (cheese cake) flavor wasnt even cheesecake. (I know because I get it 3 times a week from another location) it was strawberry. And the tiniest scoops. I feel like this place only cares about profits and cuts very important corners on quality of food ingredients. I hope they fix this soon but either way I'll never come back. Lord have mercy 😭 Ok I love me some Hot Cheetos with Cheese! But the cheese here is literally a joke. I’m from Pomona and that’s where the real cheese is!! I wonder what their chamoy taste like here 😅! The girl was sweet and even remade our chips since the cheese was literally cold! Friday night 7/23/2021 ...I would rate them 0 stars if I could. To start off they have the sloooowest employees ever with no customer service.
