Taco Bell — Restaurant in Santa Ana

If I could, i would rate a 0. Extremely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful to their customers. All I did was ask for the restroom. The worker was Hispanic, about 5'3 with black glasses and kind of thick in her early twenties. She responded with "can you wait a second" with a bad attitude but I just brushed it off. Maybe I was reading too much into it. And it's understandable because she was with a customer so that was my bad. So I went to my car to get a charger then stepped back in and waited but even when she saw me she kept snickering and whispering with her coworker in Spanish and mind you, it was pretty empty so she had enough time to just open the door. To give someone a bad attitude just because they ask for the restroom then brush past them without any acknowledgement or concern for the customer is completely unprofessional. My mother went and had to call me for help because the lady Araceli wouldn’t help her. I was on the phone throughout the ordering process and she kept shutting the door on her while she was talking to her but before that every item she ordered Araceli kept giving her the total and telling her to pull forward when she wasn’t done. She’s lucky I wasn’t there personally. As I would have called corporate right then and there. My mother is an older lady and she was very sad with this experience and shouldn’t happen to anyone! The Taco Bell on 1st Street never has the new item at Taco Bell is advertising they always say they're sold out but they never actually carry the item what's up with that also in California there is a state law requiring any company that sells a gift card to cash out the remaining balance when the balance is $10 or less Taco Bell refused and my time was wasted dealing with these people are there gift card hotline and they had no idea what I'm talking about and then they transferred me to the customer service and the customer service didn't even pick up the phone they just disconnected I am utterly offended by these pieces of s* I doubt I'll be eating at this talk about anytime soon however this isn't the first time or the only Taco Bell this has ever happened at screw you guys del...
