Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Ana

It's very easy to order online and then you just get a code and go pick it up hot and ready in there stackable ovens and they're cooler with sodas or whatever you've ordered to drink they have secret cookies that are free you have to ask for them though and you always have desperate napkins and sauce cuz they'll forget to give it to you even if you order it there it only takes about 10 minutes they're very fast sometimes there are homeless people begging nearby which isn't the end of the world to get my slice of pizza or a buck they don't overwhelm you but you just have to be prepared so if you don't feel like giving get in and get out try not to make eye contact and there's really nowhere to sit so it's not really an atmosphere type place to eat your pizza the third several cute areas in downtown. Nearby or small parks where you could go and eat your pizza if you want to eat it outdoors. They always have videos if you look online first or if you download their app but there are pizzas are already super inexpensive but if you're looking for a large pizza a specialty pizza or more than one to feed your big family or a party of five or more people I would definitely look online for coupons they haven't been many places usually it's a code or it's a printable one and you can just bring it in or when you call in your order you type in the code or the same thing if you order online it's always good in a pinch or a bind cuz you know that it's cheap and quick and definitely takes care of your hunger issues be careful not to eat too much crazy bread before you eat your pizza or you will not eat your meal because it's...

What happened to this place??? I have been a costumer for the last 16 years, and I never had a bad experience until recently. My last 3 times I have been here to buy pizza have been horrible. The last time being the worst. I'm not kidding when I tell you it took 45 minutes to get 2 regular pepperoni pizzas. It was about 100 degrees in there, and the last 3 times they have one person at the register, getting the pizzas out of the ovens, cutting and boxing them. 1 PERSON, doing the job of at least 3 people. Which was the norm before. This review is not to bash the employees, but the owners. They need more employees, the customer service is lacking, the pizzas are horrendous and the wait time ridiculous. Also when I got to my car I noticed the bottom of one of the boxes was wet and dirty. Honestly, it was disgusting. I went back and got a new pizza in fear of food contamination. I have a coworker that talks non-stop about how much he hates pineapple on pizza and it was his last day. I call Little Caesars last minute to ask if they can help me make it more memorable.
