Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Santa Ana

I was there on 8/15/23 at around 6:55pm with my family. I entered the store and there were 2 young girls working that evening. I was never greeted or acknowledged, not even let know by either one of them how long I was gonna wait and it was at least 10 minutes before one of them went to the register and asked "what are you gonna order?" Her long face couldn't display enough how much she didn't want us to be there. When she gave me the total, she took the money and didn't thank us for shopping there until she saw me take a picture of the QR code to review the store. My family and I are big fans of Juice It Up!, we do love their drinks but the service lately, particularly today, was horrible and I highly doubt that I'll be going back to that specific location. I wouldn't recommend this location to family or friends. The only reason I'm giving it the one star is because I do like their drinks and couldn't leave a review without giving it...

Allow me to regale you with the tale of my recent visit to the wondrous Juice It Up, where I had the pleasure of trying their marvelous "Mango Chili Lime" smoothie. Let me tell you, my taste buds were taken on a wild ride from the very first sip. The combination of fresh mango, tangy lemonade, and smooth mango juice made for a refreshing and invigorating concoction that had me hooked right away.

But the real kicker, my dear friend, was the addition of Tajin - that savory, spicy seasoning that takes this smoothie to a whole new level. The way it mingled with the mango flavor was simply divine, adding a kick of heat that perfectly balanced out the tartness of the lemonade.

All in all, my experience at Juice It Up was nothing short of delightful, and I cannot recommend this "Mango Chili Lime" smoothie enough to anyone looking for a burst of flavor and a truly unforgettable...

Jamba's been my go-to for smoothies going on 4 years now. Wanted to try somewhere new recently and wow I am mad at myself for not trying this place sooner! I'm definitely gonna be a new regular customer at this location. It's close to where I live, however, if it was close to where I WORK, I'd no doubt be one of the regular customers every employee knows by name; like how it is at the Jamba by my work. 😉

Bottom line - BOMB smoothies. Have not tried any of the other items they offer... Yet.

Only thing I'd change &/or would request of them, would be to keep the mobile order smoothies that are still waiting to be picked up in a colder, more freezerish fridge so that the drinks don't end up separating so easily after sitting...
