Made a phone carry out order because their website wasn't working and this was the closest location. The manager Briseida took my order and kept repeating the wrong toppings. I told her "half pepperoni ONLY" (I'm vegetarian) and she kept saying "half pepperoni and half pepperoni" (meaning the whole pizza). WHO WOULD SAY HALF PEPPERONI TO MEAN THE ENTIRE PIZZA?? I repeated myself 3 times and she repeated the same incorrect toppings until she said "yeah okay" at the end. Thinking she got it, we picked up the order and she, of course, put pepperoni on the entire pizza and wouldn't own up to her mistake. Instead of apologizing and offering consolations for our wasted time, she got defensive, accusing me of never telling her "half" & not using their online ordering. She said there was nothing she could do except make a new pizza. If she had taken accountability and actually acknowledged that she didn't listen, I would have accepted waiting for the corrected pizza. However, her pride and rudeness made her waste ingredients and everyone's time. At least I got a refund. Called to tell them I was on my way so they could start me a new one instead of waiting. Got there and nobody knew what we were talking about. After 10 mins they give me a raw pizza. They offer to put it back in the oven. I asked the supervisor for a discount on my order and she said she could give me a discount for next time.
