If I could give a zero I would… I went in to get a mani & pedi and I wanted specific colors, French tip, gel, and very short acrylics for my mani. They wanted to charge me $55 for both so $110 total, I then change my mind to a more simple look and went for 1 basic color and so that worked best for both me and the workers here. And as my pedi was being done before my nails I waited and waited for someone to do my acrylics….but no one ever showed up until after my pedicure was done. And as for my pedicure, the lasts kept rubbing her nail filer against my cuticle which started to hurt but I didn’t say anything because I thought this will end soon but she kept doing it, and now left some bruising on my toe. Anyways left her very unhappy with my service here and no acrylics!! Ver very horrible service and job, I left very un happy and noticed the day after that it is a horrible job!—Got this nails job...

Perfect location! I work a very physical and demanding job as a warehouse shipper/receiver. I was in need of getting girly again, so I came here for a full set. Tami did my nails and is very professional. She gave me durable nails that I get refilled every 2-3 weeks. So far, I'm very happy and satisfied with the service I've received here. [FYI I can still move a wooden pallet with my bare hands and not break a nail, as well as break apart 3 layer corrugated boxes that have heavy duty tape and staples holding it together with no issues.] Be aware some times one of the front desk people confuse 'Tami' for 'Timmy' when you're scheduling an appointment. Otherwise, this location is very good. *I wanted to share my Before Refill and After Refill w/ color change from today. I asked for them to be rounded instead of almond shape. Vanna was who did my service and unfortunately was very unprofessional. She did an OKAY job on my nails, left red paint all over my hands, critiqued me for wanting my nails short and talked badly about me the entire time. It’s sad that this nail salon allows the nail techs to openly judge clients and assume that we do not speak multiple languages. I listened to her talk badly about me my entire service. I sat there and took it because I needed my nails done. I did not get to relax one bit, aside from being spoke to poorly, they didn’t have ac on so prepare to be boiling. Their pedicure was terrible and they’re were way overpriced. Once the service was over and I had paid she had the audacity to ask how I would like to tip her!?! Completely disrespectful and I will never return here again. I will also be reporting this place! Be careful before...
