This was THE WORST manicure I have ever had. I never post reviews, but it's 5 days later, and my nailbeds are still sore. I asked her not to cut my cuticles, but she insisted on snipping hang nails. She cut me, and then didn't even acknowledge it or apologize! It's still sore and looks awful. She was so rough during the whole manicure that when I washed my hair that night, it hurt to shampoo my hair. She asked me to pay before painting my nails, which is totally fine, but she was upset I wasn't paying with cash. I GET IT, and I try to bring cash when I can, but that day I only had a card. She was very serious about me telling the guy who was running my card to ask him to include the tip. I did, and he told me that i'd be able to add it on. That wasn't ok with her and she kept insisting. I got caught in between the two of them and it was SO UNCOMFORTABLE. The nail polish was old, so it wouldn't dry, and all the driers do is blast cold air. Now my nails are all smudged. I understand that I am fortunate enough to pay someone to do my nails, and I am grateful. However, spending money to make my life more difficult just makes me angry.

I'm never going back, and I hope you stay away too. This was BAD...

Yesterday (Mar. 23, 2024), my legally blind mom went into this location to get a manicure. The nail tech, Natalie first detoured my mom from getting nail extensions and was impatient when my mom was trying to pick a color; then she tried doing a bait and switch on dip color because they ran out of the color my mom wanted; and after my mom paid and tipped she left my mom stranded at the far end of the salon. Initially the manager helped my mom find this station. So when my mom called Natalie for help and as Natalie was “helping” my mom find her way to the front, Natalie yelled at mom my mom for touching her arm. My mom explained all of this to the manager who apologized and who assisted my mom to her car. My mom has been at this location one other time and thought she could handle the layout by herself. She is never afraid to ask for help. The way Natalie treated her was unbelievable. Mom also complained that Natalie was rough with her as she was receiving her services and seemed to be trying to rush my mom so that she could attend to other clients. My mom is very friendly, talkative, and sweet; she deserved better. No one in my family will ever get services from Nail Center...

I usually come here and ask for Hannah (who is kind, attentive, and very good 💗) but Hannah was not working this day and I’m quite dissatisfied with my nails…. Not only is the work unclean (there should not be any polish on cuticles…) but the individual was very careless. I had to remind her to put TWO coats, not one coat of polish. I also had to ask several times to file the nail better because it was very noticeable assymetrical. Lastly, for the nail art, I wish they would just tell me that they can’t do a particular design because why is the bow pointy at the sides and bleeds over… in the last image, you’ll see I left with polish on my skin and dead skin was not removed.
