Round Table Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Never thought I would receive a bad experience at my local home town pizza place, so disappointed with tonight's service, the lady at the reception, cashier or manager , was very rude, I have never been acussed so bad over something so small, I placed an online order for delivery, the delivery driver then called me saying saying he was outside, so I told him I did not see him, then he gave me a different address from who knows where he got it from, 3400 Ave in Costa mesa! And said he will be here in 5 mins! Then the lady in the restaurant witch I think it's the cashier or manager, is blaming me for supposably calling her back to switch up the delivery address, and she kept arguing with me about it! Can't believe its so difficult to get an address right, I don't care about the pizza being late, all I care is about that lady who called me to complain, she is very unprofessional and needs to be discipline, im sure this is not the only time she had argued with a customer! Worst experience ever, will definitely never come back to this location! (Check your people) I also have proof of...

The MANAGER Lorena was very disrespectful to me and my family . It was more than 10 of us eating here . We bought more than $200 worth of food , and she was making us feel like criminals of stealing food and verbally accusing us saying she was going to keep an eye on all us making sure we only get one round of salad , because we only ordered one salad because only one kid wanted salad . THIS WAS ALL BEFORE WE PAID ! She jumped into conclusions saying that all 10 of us were going to share one salad and that we are not allowed too and she was going to keep an eye on us making us feel uncomfortable. Before we even paid already making us feel uncomfortable the whole time we were eating . Never bringing my family here . She said she was going to keep an eye out on all of us . She was still being rude after we ordered MORE food . There’s more that she did that made us very upset , but it’s to much to write ....

Looks like everyone has a problem at this location. My husband and i came to pick up our pizza and they had it sitting with the box open. Pizza was hard and cold, Cashier was super rude and unprofessional(cussing at another coworker while in-front of us) snatching the money out of my husbands hands as he was trying to explain how unprofessional she is being. Seems like she doesnt even want to be working. To top it off as we are trying to correct our situation someone else beside us is saying they waited over an hour for there pizza and when he received it the toppings where not what he asked for, he also mentioned that the guy who was making the pizzas was eating at the same time!!! This urks me because we are paying for this service and it seems like these young employees do not care. We are never coming back to this location again. Terrible! If i could give it 0...
