Taco Bell — Restaurant in Santa Ana

Went to this Taco Bell hoping to get a grande Nacho combo with Beef you know there overfilled to the top and the meal is heavy when you hold the box. Ive ordered this meal 2 times before and always full leacinh extra,for later from 2 other locations mind you. This evening i had ordered it from this store and some other things nothing was done right except for the drink that came with it and the ice water oh and the crunchy taco they were done right. The grande nacho with 2x the beef and it all i ordered with extra onions well it hadnt been done right to start with there was a nachos plate the size of the meal didnt overfill the box barely had chips in it and some meat and beans with little of the sour cream and other toppings on it it didnt taste right to begin with and it had just about a handful of chips it wasnt fulfilling at all i also ordered 3 cheesy bean and rice burritos with extra onions they barely had sauce in them and some onions the tortillas were tough to break apart with each bite and my beefy Fritos burrito wasnt done right either extra onions and it wasnt done right it didnt have enough either. The food made my daughter and i sick the customer service was poor the cashier didnt add extra taco sauce packets for a large size order i ask for extra hot sauce packets i was given about 6 total for a big meal the grande nachos i use about 6 to 8 alone for it the taco and burritos about 2 to 3 for them how can you use taco sauce when not given enough for them. The food pretty much was bad i will never go back to this taco bell again never!!!!! We NEVER get sick from eating at Taco Bell and we did tonight from this store nothing like the tummy virus from he** and left feeling sick and all from my stomach. I am a Taco Bell regular and at this taco bell i will not be going to again. Never enough of the food ordered the grande nachos is larger than the nachos bellgrande and the triple layer nachos which are what i always get and now the grande nachos which is over fulfilling believe me it was NO where near it tonight its like they didnt wanna,run out of the chips and they were down to there last of the beans and ground beef and the sour cream and guacamole and Pico digio barly enough i am not happy with the degree of customer service and of my fast food order the other Taco Bell's I've been to made our orders well above 5 stars this store actually deserves no stars at all for everything and getting sick from eating there shouldnt ever happen it was mt 1st time at this location and last time there wish i could get back my money for that order. Dont eat at this location it isnt prepared right and they dont seem to give enough food for what you paid for it feels like they paid for your food and thats why you only got so much of it and it was poorly put together and there wasnt anything really good other than the crunchy taco the rootbeer and the ice water that was all that was ok out of it. Never again is all i can say i may make a complaint with corporate office about this as well. Its unsatisfactory service and ive worked in the fast food industry on all levels of the chain cashier shift supervisor shift lead assistant manager and manager of the fast food chains like taco bell mc donalds burger king del taco carls jr pizza places etc so i know how things go. Although the food is actually pretty good at this Taco Bell, I've never actually recieved my food the way I order it! I've had to go back twice for wrong orders (I figured there was no way they could mess my order up a 2nd time right? Wrong!!). Now I check my food as soon as I get it, but there's still issues! This last time I ordered an apple empanada. They charged me for it, handed me my food, and when I checked the order, there was no apple empanada. I asked what happened to it and the manager (if you can even call her that) said they were out. At this point she turned around and grabbed a bag of those cinnamon twists and tried to put them in my bag saying "here you go"... As if this was some how a substitute for the apple empanada. She didn't even offer a refund after I told her I don't even like cinnamon twists, I had to ask her! These people are so incompetent.. The only one who knows what their doing must be the cooks because the actual food (assuming you get what you want) is the only enjoyable thing about this place. The management and crew members needs an overhaul.. QUICK! It just makes me so sad that these are the same people crying about how they deserve more then $10/hr!! I normally love Taco Bell, but recently I went there for lunch. And I couldn't believe how impersonal and Cold the ambiance was. I waited for someone to come to the counter to take my order, but no one came. I finally had to raise my voice to get someone's attention. The person told me that they do not take orders anymore. The customers have to look on their computer and order the food their! The persons were just standing around doing nothing! Also, the cost of the food has tripled!! I bought a chicken taco and asked the person if they added a sauce to the taco. They told me if I wanted a bit of sour cream in my taco I had to pay $1.50 more!! That's ridiculous! The taco was very small and very little meat. The person also told me that he will get a raise in January and the price of all Taco Bell food will cost the public more money. Technology is robbing the jobs that are needed for young adults to support themselves. I also visited two Taco Bells that day, and both of them have a sterile and cold ambiance. And eventhough we ate we were still hungry, because their food is skimpy. I'd you have children do not go to Taco Bell because it's too expensive for a family. Your kids will...
