Came to eat dinner with my son and there were NO ice in the machine I asked for ice and the manager didn't like it then my son went and grab some Doctor Pepper and it didn't have any gas , the guy in the front was very polite and apologized and he was trying to fix the problem then the manager with a big attitude asked me if it was the syrup I said no ma'am no gas!! Then she just rolled her eyes and yelled at the guy stop fixing that and then look at me and said well there NO DOCTOR PEPPER so I was like oh ok then give me more ice so I can go get more Coke, I walked to get the coke and she told the guy in the front I don't like that soda I don't even know why they have it is nasty.. to my that's was very rude because that's is not the way to fix a problem I was polite to her and the guy never disrespected her. Read moreI placed an order for this location using my phone. I am not one to rush through and miss removing toppings that I don’t like. I went to this location last night, and ordered a 3 whooper and 3 cheeseburger family deal.
They gave me the order correct to the ticket they received, but the problem is in-app it only changed the toppings for one of each burger. i pulled around again and the manager told me it was my fault! I mocked another mobile order after insisting she reluctantly remade 4 of the 6 sandwiches
The app added the items to my cart with only one of each burger type changed again! I showed it to her. And then she immediately dismissed it “well thats not our fault! I replied “its not my fault either, and you told me it was”.
This was the manager there on Saturday night and I never received an apology. I left feeling insulted. I thought a major part of being a customer service store manager was taking responsibility for your brand, regardless......probably won’t order/pickup...
Read moreSadly, after sitting in the parking lot for 30 minutes waiting past their opening time for my very simple two for $6 ham egg and cheese sandwiches with a hash brown. I am seriously broken hearted about this location, I've been coming here since 2014, this morning the location manager made my breakfast herself.
Usually at any other location, mind you there are few and very far in between. Any other location, I would have been served ham that was warmed on the griddle and cheese that is properly melted over top. This kind of woman, handed me cold buns, cold ham and cold hard cheese. The only thing that was semi warm was the egg.
You guys have got to hire more people who truly care about the food that they serve at minimum.
