Last time going there. I rarely leave bad reviews but the service and situation was so bad there - I am leaving a bad review and our family will NEVER go to this location again.
I placed an order through the Subway App. My wife placed her own order through her account and then my son placed an order.
My wife went to pick up the order. They had 2 orders for me. A total duplicate in their own bags. She called and asked if I was charged twice. I was not. There was one order in my app history for 1 sub and 1 charge on my credit card.
There was only 1 of the 2 order for my wife. She used her own account and own card. Both her orders showed on her Subway app and she had 2 charges pending on her bank account.
The manager insisted they only had 1 order for her. She showed the app and bank charges. He continued to insist that they had 1 order and would not make another sub - even after seeing this.
He let her know that her issue was with the app and the Subway app had nothing to do with the store and he would not make it right. She left with no Sub that she paid for. Obviously we will deal with the credit card company and Subway corporate on getting our money back but this situation is absolutely unacceptable. We will not be back. However today, we noticed they have stopped offering avocado slices and are now offering guacamole instead. The big problem is that it's not labeled spicy guacamole: It's terrible and ruins the flavor of the tuna. This major change to spicy guacamole is a big mistake for Subway. Also, an observation of one of the workers almost made me leave the line. The black olives, jalapenos, and dill pickles counter containers needed to be refilled. A gloved worker grabbed (with his hand) two large handfuls of jalapenos and refilled the counter's container; but then - without changing gloves - reached deep into the pickle supply bin to refill and mix these new "jalapeno-flavored" pickles with the pickles already in the counter container. I was shocked because I can't handle jalapenos but love dill pickles. He cross-contaminated both containers of dill pickles and the black olives too!! It was good that he used a glove, but should have thought about what he was doing. Then he took the supply containers with their contaminated remains to the back room to be filled again. Read moreOk so sadly my experience hasn't been the best here but maybe it's just me I put online order in on multiple separate occasions and I picked up once and it took well over an hour for cookies a dozen cookies and again but sadly they did it to a door Dasher and luckily he waited and I gave him a huge tip for waiting but they seem to say complete on orders that are completely not ready then they try to lie and say they don't have any in stock or say oven is broken when clearly they just didn't want to cook the cookies or they try to pass off different cookies then what I ordered but it's subway I wanted to eat fresh but I'll look for cookies elsewhere some of the staff are nice and they do make food and some on a rare occasion reach out and let me know how long it's going to take and I...
