Very poor customer service. If a crowd is getting a little too rowdy, they should talk to a responsible/sober one in the group about it so we can get the rest of our group in line. What happened instead was the VERY rude gal just cleared our table, taking our wine glasses and all, even before we had finished all the tastings we already paid for. We were stunned and didn't know what was happening or why she was being so rude. She never actually told us to leave or that we were being kicked out. She just took everything away and left us wondering WTH. It wasn't until I went to her that she told me that part of our group was being rowdy in another part of the building. I was very surprised that she didn't bother to communicate with us about it before or after. For a business whose success is based on CUSTOMERS, it was amazing how POORLY these customers were treated. I know none of us will be back to Municipal Winemakers. Too many other great places nearby for us to put up with this one. Hopefully they will learn to treat their...

Read moreDid a winetasting that went from light white wines to dark red wines. Overall they were good over an afternoon chat with friends. However, I will probably have to make a second visit to try the winetasting again if it is a revolving taste program. The wines we tasted did not necessarily stand out that day, the notes seemed a bit muted. What was not muted however was the vibe of the location. They had an onsite DJ that evening in the front outdoor area and a really great overall energy from the staff and fellow patrons. Again, will have to make...
