Read moreSo much negative to speak on this business. I hate to do it but it's just the truth. Most important is the manager. She was asked if the door could be closed due to the freezing cold and she initially did not properly convey that it was a fire hazard then made it seem like it was the customer's fault that the company did not have the proper equipment to keep the customers safe. Then speaking to the manager again and trying to keep everything respectful she was still rude and did not care to make an understanding environment. The food was a 9/10, the drinks were solid 10/10 beers, service 1/10 due to the manager but the rest of the staff was fantastic, then the environment needed improvement. The werewolf was falling apart, the staff was letting dogs jump on tables and not even caring, and there was water by the cash register and on the seat closest. Not even a discount for Germans, and their name and style is German. Very disappointed in the service from...
Read moreThis place is poppin! It is a very large and crowded establishment, at least in the evening. But, there is TONS of seating to go around for just about any size party. It is a walk-up and order style service, with drinks ordered at the same time, but only served at the bar. I was happy that they served a decent non-alcoholic beer (other than Heineken zero) that actually tastes like a beer. You'll have to order 2 at a time if you want it to make it back to the table and in a beer mug. Otherwise, you'll be getting it in a very small and "cute" glass. The kind that sort of makes your pinky finger stick out.... The burger (Ole blu) was actually better than I was anticipating. Came out hot, correct, and quicker than expected for how busy it was. Front of house staff is pretty on top of stuff, too. They did a great job clearing tables in a timely fashion and getting food out hot and to the right place. Overall, it was a catalyst for a...
