Patel Brothers — Local services in Santa Clara

On Saturday 11,2021 about 2.00pm we visited this store. Previously also we visited this store for groceries, same as yesterday.. There was no shopping cart available outside so we picked small shopping cart for convenience and of course place is too small to move big shopping cart,.. After completing shopping, at checkout register where cash register lady clerk (hindi spoken,) told us to use big cart to take all groceries outside, she refused not to take small cart outside we explained her that my car is just right front of your store door but still insist that you manage other way. We convince her that we bring your cart back once we unload groceries but she didn't trust us and she came to the door to watch us I told my wife too that this cart personally give inside store after unload but she still watching us like we are thieves. May be this store have previous experience about stolen cart from store but that doesn't mean that everybody are thieves... Never visit to this store in future. I believe this store employee or management think that customer coming to store are thieves... Pre minded store management treat customer as thieves, not...

I will strongly not recommend Patel brother Santa Clara shop for any one of my friends and family members because several times I feel that they charged me double in my card but I didn’t noticed and at my last shopping in our ramadan month I do some shopping and the owner lady charged my card twice so I was really shocked by this dishonesty and I showed the lady my card balances from app as a proof but she don’t want to give back my money at that time and she promised that I will revert back that money at the end of the day so I trust her but she was laying to me and when I go next time and do complain so she was guilty and she give me a another lamb excuse and she give me written statement of my money which was 78$ on my previous receipt but when I came to shop next time she was denied my credit so I was very disappointed by there cheating and if someone wants to argue me I have the proof of everything but at the bottom they are not good people and I leave my justice to the GOD...

Patel Bros. Is a fantastic grocery and culturally specific emporium. From exotic imported fruits and vegetables to all the local varieties available under one roof. Patel's kitchen is the Gujarati answer to an American Deli. Fresh made chapati and paratha, ready made veggie entrée along with a fabulous variet of baked & fried goods. You need Desi cooking utensils or a cricket bat, it's all at Patel's, my family have shopped there since it opened, we no longer need to drive to Devon to do grocery shopping. I'll let you into a little secret, whenever I'm on an extended assignment in other states, as soon as I find my work venue and accommodation, i Google Patel Brothers, to see if there is a store anywhere close by. I dropped lucky in North Carolina and a couple of big cities here & there. It certainly makes life on the road more pleasurable, to be able to find...
