I had an extraordinary experience at Santa Clara location today that truly exemplifies what exceptional customer service looks like. After dining there, I mistakenly left my phone behind. Upon returning, I found out they had not only found my phone but had safely stored it for me. The staff's integrity and attentiveness in looking after my belongings when they could have easily gone unnoticed was beyond commendable. They didn't just serve food; they served peace of mind. This incident restored my faith in the kindness of strangers and the genuine care some establishments have for their patrons. I felt incredibly relieved and grateful. A special thank you to servers, who went out of their way to ensure my phone was secured until I could retrieve it. Beyond this incident, the meal was delicious and the ambiance was delightful, but this act of kindness truly stood out. If you're looking for a place where your dining experience extends beyond just the food, this is the place. Their attention to detail and care for their customers is unparalleled. I'm giving them 5 stars not just for the food, but for the exemplary service that...

As a Native Hawaiian my initial expectations of this restaurant were low & the food far exceeded what I could have imagined. You will not leave disappointed if you have good taste.

Met here for a Team Lunch. The overall setting of both inside and outside seating was very open, lots of air pushing through the facility. Noise levels were low enough to where we were able to communicate across the table without yelling.

Rolled through the menu and saw the casual use of Hawaiian names, pineapple type things. Decided to go with the "Fresh Catch" option. Kanpachi - Hawaiian Salt Shishito Peppers & Kimchi Fried Rice +egg

Brah...broke da mout...I automatically felt like I was in an establishment that actually appreciated the flavor and love we put into our food in Hawaii.

All 8 dishes that were ordered amongst the team looked incredible and everyone was happy with the food & service. Will be ordering some poke tacos next visit. After leaving we all agreed that this is the new meet-up for...

I wish I remembered to take photos of my food. Honestly, I can't say enough good stuff about this restaurant! It had so many wonderful choices on the menu, but I just couldn't order anything other than the amazing seabass fish tacos every time I've eaten here. The tacos are out of this world!!! My daughter ordered the rainbow bowl with is a massive, deep dish filled with rice, sushi, and seaweed salad. We ordered calamari and coconut shrimp as starters. This was hands down the best calamari I've had. I've eaten inside, outside, and on the patio. All areas were great ambiance and the service was friendly and attentive. I've never had a mistake on my orders here. Bathrooms super clean. Tables super clean. Prices are reasonable for a seafood place. Not far from Levi stadium, great America, and big hotels. All around great place for a great dining experience. Thank you Pacific Catch for some...

The slightly more wealthy can afford to eat a little bit more healthy, and Pacific Catch that is located in the fairly new live, work, shop, dine complex off 101 is no exception. Seafood options are not as expansive as a traditional seafood restaurant like Market Broiler or Kings Fish house, but what they do they do well. Most everything is light, fresh, and well prepared. The prepared salads are particularly good. Service and staff are friendly. Prices are on the higher side, but Pacific Catch targets more upscale areas. Prices reflect the buying power of the local demographic. On a sunny afternoon, snag a seat in the outside dining area, grab a salad and a glass of wine, and enjoy the Silicon Valley vibe. Bright, airy, and casual , the venue is a good first date restaurant,in my opinion. The relaxed yet festive atmosphere lends itself to casual conversation, and, perhaps a 2nd date.

We usually go to the Pacific Catch at the Pruneyard but since we were in the Santa Clara area, we wanted to try this location. We're finding out that the quality of the food varies between these locations. For lunch, we ordered our usual dishes: Mexican Grill salad and Korean BBQ (with Steak) The Mexican Grill salad at this Santa Clara location didn't have enough tomatillo dressing. The experience of eating the salad reminded us of drinking La Croix. The Korean BBQ entrée at this location was disappointing, too. They either cooked the rice with not enough water or they scraped the bottom of the pot. Whatever it was, the rice in this entrée was ridiculously hard. The steak, too, was tough and chewy. At the Pruneyard location, we've never had any bad experience with any of the food. Maybe the Chefs at this location should taste the dishes first before sending them out.

I dined at this place on a Wednesday evening with my wife and my toddler daughter. Just to be safe, we got ourselves a reservation around 7:30. There's no dedicated parking area for this restaurant but there are enough spots around the location. We ordered the Elote corn as a side dish and the Mexican grilled Chile lime shrimp bowl and the Latin Chimichurri Kanpachi bowl, both small sized. The food came relatively fast, within around 10 minutes. The corn was absolutely delicious and highly recommended. Both the bowls had quite decent portion sizes and the shrimp and tuna tasted absolutely delicious. The only complaint was that the cauliflower florets in the Kanpachi bowl didn't taste good and were quite stiff and bland. Overall, this is a standard Pacific Catch location with good seafood choices.
