It took us a while to find this place. We were hesitant about aftermarket work... but needed an alarm system since our truck had been broken into 2 nights in a row. What a relief to find Alex and his team. So professional. He knows his products, and helps you find the right one for you. There's no over selling or price gouging. He gives you the best price and price matches. Mario did the install. We LOVE our system! It was done right and done on time. We were so happy that we went back with confidence to have them install a new stereo system too. We had the same experience. Alex's customer service is outstanding. In everything he does you can see his concern for his customer. We needed some adjustments on a few things with our system and Alex was right there, without hesitation to make everything perfect without question. Buyer beware!!!! do not take your business here I bought me a BRAND NEW viper car alarm model 3100 from Sound Wave and had it installed there, a few months later my alarm started acting up, I would go driving and it would just go into anti-theft mode where the car would just shut off and wouldn't start I called sound wave to let them know what's going on and to ask where is the reset switch / valet switch he told me they don't install those on viper models????? I told him that's fine I'll just have my car towed home upon further inspection tucked away really good low and behold there was the valet switch and since I was already there i might as well take a look at the box , WOW!!!!!!!!!!! The box was a used one, for the reason is that the warranty label was already torn WOW!!!!!!!! that is SHADY at its finest, if you like throwing your money away go here, buyer...

I just went in this morning and I'm so happy and satisfied with the product and service I received.

When I went in, Mario assisted me right away. He asked what I was looking for and I told him I wanted the most basic and simple stereo to replace the current one in my car. He asked the right questions, ones that I didn't even think about such as if I wanted Bluetooth capability, etc.

He didn't waste my time trying to up sell me or anything which I totally appreciated because I did not want to invest in all of the bells and whistles at this time. He had the stereo installed in around 30 minutes. The whole trip (discussion, installation, and payment) was definitely under an hour.

Prices for the stereo and installation were fair. I would highly recommend this store for all your car stereo needs. I will definitely go back if I ever need...
