South Bay Cantina — Restaurant in Santa Clara

One of worst service in entire California. Service teenagers have been trained to be as slow as possible to punish customers. They take 15 to 20 min to prepare single entry dish. you need to wait for 2hours for food here. They open once or twice in a month. Even when you call at CGA service number to enquire the about opening time they say it’s open and when you at this restaurant it’s closed. I wish CGA should close Cantina forever & stop...

The food here is mild and underseasoned, with service quality varying by staff. The beans are good but runny, and the rice is often burnt or undercooked. The carnitas, chicken, and fajitas (when available) are solid choices. They use garden salad as a topping, which might not suit everyone. The rice is terrible!Hard in the middle still and the veggies are hard/dried out! I suggest removing the veggies if that's how they are going to be. The meat for the burrito/nachos etc. was flavorless. Salsa is jar salsa....
