I'm really not happy with this place at all. I placed an order through GrubHub 3 days ago and the food that was delivered to me was wrong. I had ordered the Chicken Breast Tenders (5) and they sent me a 10oz chicken breast. I called to report the error and was told that all the drivers had left for the night, so they couldn't replace my food. However, I was told that there would be a $10 credit put on my account. I called today to place another order and when I said that I should have a credit on there I was told that there was nothing noted in the computer. The young man that I spoke with did tell me that he would go ahead and give me the discount though. About 5 minutes later I received a call from a rude woman that I assume was a manager. She said where she was calling from and said, "What story did you tell my employee"? I ran through everything again with her. She informed me that she would only give me $6 off this order and would put the other $4 on my account for the next order. I questioned why she wouldn't just give me the entire $10 and she said that if she gave me $10 off then it would put my order under the required delivery amount. She told me that she wouldn't be able to send her driver out for that amount. Not only was I not happy about that, but she was quite rude and had no customer service skills.
Riddle me this: If I place an order that totals $15 which is over their minimum delivery order of $10 and I have them use my $10 credit that they owe me, then how is it my problem that it drops the amount to $5???? That is on them and they should still honor it. I wasn't told that I was going to get a $10 credit that could only be used if I spent over $20. This is complete BS. What on earth makes her think that after being treated like crap that I will want to place a 3rd order to get the remaining $4 that they owe me?
The food (when I got the correct items) wasn't horrible, but it wasn't really great either. Definitely NOT worth all the crap I have gone through and dealing with a rude...

For delivery tonight, we ordered a 3 topping pizza including basil. They forgot the basil. For the third time! Yes, this is the third time we have ordered a pizza with basil, and they keep forgetting to add it to the pizza. Unlike all the other toppings, which they add before cooking, the basil goes on afterward. Apparently this is so confusing and complicated that no one at Ameci can get it right!
When I called the store about the mistake, the man who answered the phone was laughing. He said he was expecting my call. He said he knew the driver had left with an "unfinished pizza." And instead of calling me or the driver to fix the problem, he just ignored it and waited for me to call him.
Over the phone, Justin tried to smooth things over by calling me "Boss" 500 times and then offering me 10% off my next order. That was insulting. I told him that I wanted my pizza made correctly and then redelivered. He said okay they would do that.
But then 20 minutes later the same delivery driver shows back up at my house with a Styrofoam cup full of raw basil leaves. Like, WHAT?!! (Imagine ordering a pepperoni pizza and the restaurant gives you a cheese pizza and a cup of raw pepperoni. I mean, this was beyond stupid!)
When I called back to figure out why Justin had lied about remaking my pizza, he now told me that I wasn't entitled to another pizza, and he then hung up on me.
Well, because they were unwilling to resolve the issue, I have opened a dispute with my credit card company, and I will be initiating a charge back. Why am I expected to pay for something I didn't order??
UPDATE: An hour later the driver showed back up unannounced with a new pizza. I will cancel the charge dispute, but the damage is done – I will never eat at this...
Read moreRecently I placed an order through GrubHub, after I placed the order I received confirmation indicating that the restaurant had received my order and it would be delivered at a specific time. I ordered the food right as the restaurant opened as I was attending a party that afternoon and had promised to bring some food to share amongst the party guests.
Anyway it was about 10 minutes past due the delivery time, I called the restaurant who then informed me that they never got the order. Inturn I called GrubHub, they called the restaurant and verified that it was indeed the restaurant who was at fault because apparently their fax machine was not working.
I spoke to a gentleman from the restaurant, he was very apologetic and ensured me that the next time I called them directly and placed an order that my order would be comped.
Of course, just now I placed an order and asked if they had any record of that promise and that was not the case. The woman I spoke to could have cared less and made no effort to try to look into the issue. So not only did I not have food to bring to the party that day, they did not keep their word to make up for their error. I will not order again from here.
Just as a side note, even though it was not grubhub's fault they did send me a $10 off on my next order so they were very helpful... The restaurant...
