My visit to Sen House Noodles in Canyon Country, Santa Clarita, California, was truly a gastronomic delight. As a devoted connoisseur of Asian cuisine, I embarked on a culinary journey that left an indelible mark on my palate.

The Hot and Zesty Noodles, a testament to culinary craftsmanship, showcased a meticulous balance of heat and flavor. The noodles were impeccably cooked, retaining that ideal springiness, while the spiciness of the dish was a symphony of taste sensations that titillated my taste buds with each forkful. The intricacy of flavors in these noodles is a testament to the chef’s expertise.

Now, let’s discuss the Curry Fried Rice - a masterpiece in its own right. The fragrance of the curry enveloped my senses as soon as it arrived at the table. It was a culinary sonnet, harmonizing perfectly cooked rice with a curry sauce that was nothing short of ambrosial. The addition of vegetables and protein, if chosen, elevated this dish to a level of textural perfection that few can achieve.

Yet, it wasn’t just the food that impressed. The attentive and amiable service added another layer of satisfaction to this dining experience. The restaurant’s cozy ambiance provided the ideal backdrop for this culinary journey.

In the realm of Asian cuisine, Sen House Noodles stands as a beacon of excellence, a place where the artistry of food reaches its zenith. My recommendation? Dive into their Hot and Zesty Noodles and savor the Curry Fried Rice, for they are nothing less than culinary poetry in motion. A must-visit for any discerning...

First, why 4 stars, what was wrong? Well, lemme say this. Had I ONLY got noodles/broth it'd be an enthusiastic 5 star but we got more food. The shrimp tempura was cold and stiff, stale. It was made WAY in advance of me picking my order up. Also, the seaweed salad was overly gooey. Yes, it's a seaweed salad and there is an allowance for slime but, there's also an expectation and this falls short. Again, clearly made well in advance, I assume standard ops for pick-up orders. Having pointed out the problems I will update if we eat in and I give these items another chance. Now, the good. Wow, the Sen Street Curry Bowl was fantastic. I got Udon noodles with pork but you could fill the bowl with a 10 year old, well used hiking boot and it'd taste good. Outrageously good. Wife also had the Street curry with Rice noodles and chicken. Also superb. I will dine in AND order takeout from here. The high ratings/reviews are valid. They just need to clean up the fresh factor on the items I mentioned. Lastly, the total was, I thought, expensive but the portions are massive. So, yeah, not so expensive. Definitely a two meal scenario for most. ...

The food is solid. I had the Hainan chicken with rice. It came with soup, which my husband ate. The chicken was tender. The veggies included in the dish were cooked well. There was plenty of rice included also. My husband ordered the garlic lover pork rice dish. That was delicious! If you love pork and garlic, this is the dish for you. I think that was the clear winner. We also had pan fried potstickers, edamame and the Sen matcha milk tea. The potstickers and it’s accompanied sauce were very good. Edamame was edamame. I like the garlic shavings on top; it added an extra crunchiness. The matcha milk tea was a little too sweet for me, but I do love the ice they use. It’s the crunchy ice. I guess I like crunchy things.

Customer service was wonderful. Everyone was very pleasant and the food came out fairly quick.

They have a lovely outdoor patio and plenty of free parking. I’d come back to try the noodles since that’s what...

Big fan! Great find in SCV area. Sen Noodle House serves up noodle soups with your choice of broth, noodles, and protein - additionally they have noodle and rice entrees as well as small bites and salads. On our first visit we tried out the Sen Street Curry with udon noodles and vegan chicken, the "Lucky Duck" rice entree, and vegetable gyoza. Really good food and the noodle bowl was quite large! The duck entree wasn't our favorite (maybe just not fans of duck flavor?) But the others we would repeat for sure. The drink menu is great but we didn't try anything this time - includes a milk matcha, Thai iced tea & coffee, beers, wine, sake, and others. They have indoor & outside seating. The staff was great - very helpful! I'll definitely return again. It's a great option for groups with different diets!
