Update as of 4/19/25 - I still have not received my refund! This not acceptable.

I don't normally write public reviews. I thought I'd try this place. This is not BBQ chicken but since I LOVE fried chicken I gave it a try. 8 wing pieces for $18 with tax. This is a bit high for what you get and you have to wait for your food a bit too long for this type of restaurant. There is a sign that tells you about the wait but it's in small print and i didn't notice until I had ordered. I took the food home. The chicken was very crispy which I like but it was TOO spicy. I ordered the wings with No seasoning or flavoring. It seems that the basic fried chicken has a spicy hot base. I could only eat one piece so I drove back and returned my order. The cashier had no issues taking my food back but she was surprised that I thought it was spicy hot. She said the refund would reflect on my credit card account within about 15 minutes. The owner would do this. Until I asked, I was not given a receipt indicating I was getting a refund. The cashier printed a duplicate receipt and hand wrote on it "money back". It's now been a few hours and the refund still does not show on my credit card account and nothing to show I...

I always order ahead because let’s face it, chicken takes a while to cook. And I’d much rather have freshly cooked food than something that’s been sitting on the counter. It’s consistently delicious. The chicken isn’t salty but is seasoned well. We always order the whole golden chicken with the spicy sauce on the side so we can control the heat when dipping. The pickled radish is fresh and tangy, which balances out the spiciness perfectly.

I’ve just had a couple of issues ordering through the app, so now I place my orders over the phone. It’s our second time ordering here. The first time, we got the half & half original and spicy, and we absolutely loved it! For our second order, we decided to try the whole chicken spicy, and it was a big surprise—we realized we weren’t ready for the Korean spicy level! We were laughing while eating because we kept making sounds and sweating from the heat, but we couldn’t stop eating because it was so delicious!
