Sierra Grillhouse is one of those places that just feels good the moment you walk in. It's cozy, welcoming, and has that personal touch you only get from a family run spot. We ordered the grilled salmon plate, and it was honestly perfect. The salmon had a great sear on the outside, stayed juicy inside, and came with roasted broccoli and fluffy rice topped with a little shredded cheese simple, fresh, and so satisfying. We also tried the chicken plate, which came with warm pita bread, crispy fries, fresh chopped veggies, and a creamy dipping sauce. Everything tasted like it was made with care, not rushed or pre-packaged. A must try if you're in the area. Just really good food made fresh by people who clearly love what they do. Can’t really give a rating based off food because I didn’t get to eat here. My husband, daughter and I ended up leaving after we felt that they were not coming to take our order. Waited almost 20 mins before we decided to leave after there was no reason why they couldn’t when there was nobody inside. My husband even waved down the man behind the counter but he pretended not to notice us. Gaspar and Vlad (I believe) were our servers and both were incredible -- they were friendly and fun and got all our food out fast. There was so much flavor in every dish and all the flavors went together perfectly, the mustard sauce and hummus especially were life-changing!!
