Ordered food for delivery, was told the two items we ordered would take an hour to be delivered that's fine we waited! The driver gets there I answer the door with a baby in my arms and get out food! No prob there is two food boxes never had an issue before until today! We ordered a beef salad and a noodle dish! The noodles were fine but the beef salad in which we ordered no cilantro had none of its ingredients in it! It usually has cucumbers and tomatoes and is normally amazing! When we called back we were told we could have a credit or wait another hour for new delivery because there was two deliveries before us.... we asked why that is since we were first to order and it wasn't our fault it was wrong! They set the phone down to no longer talk but not to hang up either! Long story short I drovervghere after having the neighbors sit with the baby and exchanged the food where we were met with them laughing that they forgot the ingredients..... I had to insist on getting reimbursed due to having to drive now which is why we ordered delivery and she laughs as she says she's sorry! Worst...
Read moreSiam Rice is hands down one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere that set the perfect tone for an unforgettable meal. Read moreSiam Rice was voted as one of the best orange chicken restaurants in Santa Clarita. When you visit you will know why they earned those votes. The Crispy coated chicken seared in a sweet orange peel sauce sprinkled with sesame seeds is delicious. The Coconut chicken soap can be made hot, mild or spicy. The flavor of the soap is one of the reasons why we drive over 25 minutes.
There is plenty of parking and the staff is welcoming and very friendly. They tables are always full of to go bags with a constant flow of customers.
