Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Santa Clarita

Giving one star is also a waste based on my experience here. I was coming from Costco on 17 Jul 2019 at 7:30 pm and have called the store to place an order for Pizza. Our phone number had been registered in the system and we usually get the same deal every time. We have been going to this place for the last 2 years. The guy who picked up the phone was so arrogant, and his response was so reckless when requested to place an order for pizza with our regular deals ( 2 medium 2 topping for ~13.6 dollars or 1 large pizza for 7.99). His response to my request was go online. when i have tried to do it over phone, the process was not that user friendly. I have gone to the store and mentioned about the regular deals. My kids were hungry and waiting to eat food. just I imagine to wait 20 more minutes and also not getting the regular deal we get.

Dear Management, you need to take care of customers. we are not asking out of the way deals. if you have giving the same deal for the last 2 years, was there anything that this guy does not know... or not properly trained well to...

I am on my way back from magic mountain six flags. It was so cold and we were so hungry. Thought of eating in the car while my husband drive back home. When we stop at this pizza place, there were no customers. We are there first. And they took 19 minutes take the order. The lady at the counter keep taking orders online. And our pizza came after 29 minutes We got in the car and when I opened, it was not even sliced. I went back and asked for a knife and they gave fork. I had hard time cutting it and eat. It seems busy and the item ordered was not cooked in the middle. The veggies keep coming off like a blob. My kids were hungry and they ate chunks of different shapes. I guess they take online orders better and need more time to make pizzas. Check how long it takes before you go there. Hope this is helpful. Thanks...

sometimes, their delivery can be ok, but way too many times have i had terrible services with this place. their online tracker is completely inaccurate to the point of my food coming an hour late. i understand being busy, but its quite annoying to again and again believe my food is supposed to be delivered at a certain time only to have to wait 30mins-hour more. whenever i call to express that my food has taken an hour to arrive, all they can say is "its on the way now". if it was only just on the way, not actually tell me that online instead of leaving me wondering until i finally call? id like to hope this could be fixed my improvement of their delivery tracker, but the wait time for orders regardless of what the timer says...
