WOW, GREAT customer service from Cade & Dylan! My wife and I have been packing for a trip to San Francisco in the morning and only had breakfast today. Starving, I called Jersey Mikes and realized “just as Cade answered the phone” that they closed in “2” minutes!! I panicked and asked her if I could get there in 3 or 4 minutes would they stay open for me. She said she would ask (probably her coworker and maybe the manager? if they could. She came back and said YES. I really didn’t think that they would. I thanked her and said I would be there as fast as I can. I didn’t realize that Lyons Ave had turned into a freeway!!!! Read moreI ordered a giant sub today, 01/12/24, through DoorDash for pickup, with lettuce, mustard, and mayo as my only toppings. After picking up the sandwich and getting home, I started biting into the sandwich, but then I realized the taste was very off. Sure enough, there was no mayo and mustard added, but instead tomatoes, onions, and oregano was added. Toppings I clearly did not ask for! Not sure how hard it is to follow simple instructions...
