I've been keeping an eye on this place and checking for when it finally opened. When I saw it was (on Thanksgiving too), I was thrilled and decided," let's do this."

First impressions: K-pop on TV Korean couple about my age walked out Big Korean family enjoying dinner at a table Entire staff Korean (maybe a family?) In short, solid. I get my food and go home. Things ordered: maple crunch and their spicy Korean BBC sauce wings. Side of cheese fries.

Get home, bite into it.

Wow, oh my wow.

This has got to be the most fabulous fried chicken you can get in SCV. The shell is a perfect level of crunchy, the sauces, all of them, were a type of delicious that is beyond description , the meat is moist. You really have to try this yourself. Words cannot describe how good this is.

If you like Popeyes and Wingstop then you're in store for a treat. Consider this place the Cadillac of fried chicken.

No issues ordering, food was ready faster than their website said, everything was there, and got some free pickeled radishes. The bad reviews from earlier are no longer relevant. Staff is fast and courteous.

Only downside is, i wish I could get a sampler of all on their sauce flavors. Clearly a ploy to get you back to try more flavors.

This particular establishment was phenomenal. To be frank, I had come with mixed feelings, feeling anxious as to trying Korean fried chicken for the first time. As I entered, I was greeted with a strong and spicy aroma that guided my feet forward to the register. I have to say, their customer service is second to none, being shown only a friendly smile throughout the entire transaction. The food came out quickly and was clearly made with care, love, and deep seated passion. I was enthusiastic to try the food more than ever. As I sank my teeth into the piece of tender chicken and my tongue provided a timid invitation to the sauce for a little dance throughout the ballad of the meal, the chicken graciously accepted and provided me with an unparalleled experience. We danced one piece at a time, whirling in flavor, aroma, spice, texture, and clever mouth feel. Having finished the meal, I sighed and put my head to the sky, bathing in my accomplishment as having found ambrosia and truly godly food here on this mortal plane. I am now a regular customer and urgently wish all to come dance as I had done, now till...

Today, I dined in at the restaurant and enjoyed Original Wings, Cheesling Wings, and Rosé Tteokbokki. The Original Wings, perfectly crispy and fried just right, are my all-time favorite. I first tried the Cheesling Wings a month ago when I came with my daughter, and I loved them so much that I had to order them again today.

When I visited with my daughter, we paired the wings with Spicy Tteokbokki, but today I tried the milder Rosé Tteokbokki—and it was absolutely delicious. It brought back memories from 25 years ago, when I was pregnant with my eldest child in Korea and often craved BBQ Chicken. I feel so happy to be able to enjoy it here in the U.S. as well.

The restaurant was clean, the staff were friendly, and overall, I was very satisfied with my experience. My daughter also recommended the Spicy Original Wings, so I’m definitely planning to go back soon...
